How do they keep places like this open? Who eats here? I haven't had Domino's, Pizza Hut, or any of those chain places in years because they all used very low-quality products. This place is worse. Wth did I just eat? Expired food? Do you guys check your products? I really hope I don't get food poisoning. Improve quality, ASAP!! Never again. Bro, where can you eat good Pizza in MN? Is Rosalia the only decent place? I feel bad for throwing it away but I really dont want to get sick. $70 plus to the trash!

REPLY TO THE OWNER: Apparently, I must have been mistaken, the pizza was so delicious that I threw it straight in the trash. I’m actually very fair with my reviews, and if you check my account, you’ll see I give credit where it’s due. The photo looked messy because, yes, it was already tossed. I wasn’t planning to stage a photo shoot for food that tasted awful.

Reviews are meant to help other people avoid wasting 70+ dollars on low-quality food. But sure, maybe I just caught your 16-year family-owned, hand-crafted, expertly sourced kitchen on an off day. I’ll stop by again in person to try your “excellent quality” pizza and wings and update my review accordingly. Including more pictures.

I have been eating Carbone's since childhood. No matter which one you attend, you know the food is going to be great! Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the customer service. Ive been to this specific restaurant countless times over the last 2 yrs and each the service gets worse. If they arent forgetting pizza toppings, the delivery driver forgot a part of your order. If you're picking up, almost guaranteed to wait on your food, everytime. Why call ahead? On this specific occasion, I ordered 1 order of buffalo wings, delivery time was 60 min, pick up was 45... I elected the pick up, since I live less than a mile from there. I arrived slightly early by approximately 5 min. Guess who is waiting another 30 MINUTES for an order of wings.... Several Carbone's locations have had to have changed their recipe over the last 3, 4 or 5 years. It's very unappealing nowadays. IGH & WSP Carbone's have each hit major lows and tonight i tried Woodbury. Their pizza taste and texture also failed. The sauce is not even close to the sauce taste of 4+ years ago. I'm surprised anyone is still buying your pizza actually. Sorry but that is how i feel. Maybe that explains why you close at 9 pm on weekdays and "10 pm" on weekends. Most pizza locations stay open until 10 or 11 pm on weekdays and at least 1am on weekends. Think sbout that people/customers before you order another Carbone's. If you were a previous Carbone's fan, try it again and see if I'm wrong. Do yourself a favor though and buy a small pizza. Don't spend more until you judge it...
