Pino's Pizza Woodbury — Restaurant in Woodbury

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a Works pizza for delivery and three times told them "no mushrooms" (I am allergic to them). The pizza arrived with mushrooms on it. I am a reasonable person...I figured this could be resolved with a quick phone call.

So, I called back and got the runaround from the manager, Brian. First he told me he could only give me a $5 coupon for my next visit. That wasn't good enough...I spent twenty dollars on a pizza that I couldn't eat and the best he could do was offer me a $5 coupon.

In response, I asked him for a refund, to which he told me he could only refund my money if I came to the store in person. When I rejected that excuse and pointed out they took my order over the phone - so they should be able to issue a refund over the phone - he said he could only refund my money when the delivery driver returned...if he could find my receipt.

To top it off, the manager was rude and inconsiderate, he interrupted me, put me on hold, and then hung up on me. He made it quite clear that he didn't care whether I was a satisfied customer or not.

I have been ordering from Pino's for a while now, but the manager's attitude and disrespect for the customer was enough to...

I was so excited to taste this pizza. I got a slice to go. It was pepperoni and mushroom. It was good. The flavor was very different from the rest. I did love the crispy crust. They keep them on trays and then reheat when you order. At least for by the slice, that’s how they did it. So I give their pizza a 4 stars...but I gave them a 3 because when I went in, it had probably been open for less than 1/2hr. There was an older guy. Around 60’s. He looked cranky and tired. He wasn’t mean or rude but def on the “here’s your pizza, bye” side. The place also wasn’t the cleanest. It hadn’t been open for more than 1 hour and it had food on the floor. From last night? Idk. But I thought it was kinda gross. If the pizza would have been ordered and made fresh, it might have been amazing. But for a quick bite, not too bad. $3 a slice....

This pizza is legit! I moved to MN in May and this is by far the best local pizza I have tried. Crust is firm but foldable all the way to the edge. Cheese had a fresh taste to it and the sauce was a little sweet, sure tastes homemade. Toppings seemed high quality on each of our pizzas. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because of punctuality. We ordered 2 hours in advance online so we could pick it up and be gone by 1145 as we had people coming over for the game. Pizza wasn't ready until 1200 and there was nobody else in the building. That basically means they put it in the oven at the time it should have been ready. Still we will try it again and just be prepared for their lackadaisical preparation. Or maybe they will get in gear and take as much pride in their customer service as they did in making the pies...
