Whole and Grounded Café — Restaurant in Woodbury

Finally had the pleasure of being able to stop in with my kids to try out the coffee, food and treats that Whole and Grounded has to offer. I have to first start by saying that I was blown away by the space as soon as I walked in the door. It does not look that roomy from the outside. The environment and decor are so warm and welcoming. The staff is excellent and they were all so super friendly. Nothing but good vibes from them. I got a basic coffee, nothing special, but it was so good. Best cup of hot coffee that I’ve had in a long time. My daughter ordered a marshmallow latte and it was so good. Tasted just like marshmallows. The kids and I also ordered cake pops. Those little things are so good as well. The pumpkin one’s were perfect for the season and the chocolate one’s were not overly sweet at all. They had a nice balance of chocolate cake with the white chocolate shell. We also ordered a BLT on wheat toast and it was really delicious. A very simple sandwich but the toast was perfect, not too crunchy and the bacon was cooked perfectly. I told one of the staff members that this was my new favorite place and I mean it!!! 5 stars across the board for such a friendly atmosphere with best people, service, food and drinks. Incredibly welcoming and delicious local cafe. The staff is exceptionally friendly and seem to know a good amount of regulars. They are very LGBTQ+ friendly, and have a lot of cute rainbow imagery around! I ordered their grilled cheese for lunch, and it was ok, but a bit small and not as filling as hoped. But the real stand out here is their beverages! I had the Floral home-squeezed Lemonade and it was fantastic. Sweet, fruity, floral notes but not too much, and so tart and perfect. Definitely would get the lemonade again, and am already planning a trip back to try their Elderberry Lemonade! Their drink selection menu is extensive and complex, so definitely try something you wouldn't otherwise! Lots of non-dairy options too for milk included drinks. Even though it wasn't specifically on the menu, I also ordered a cold brew with coconut milk and asked for some caramel sauce included, and they were great and accommodating! Their in-person versus online drink menu was a bit different, so if you see something you want but it says they're out I'd recommend to try asking. I hope that in the future they keep their menus more up to date in stores and online. Definitely recommend coming here if you love...

I placed an order online for pickup based on reviews. I really wanted a good breakfast since I had a long work day ahead of me. Unfortunately the meal was so-so. I only ended up eating the top bagel and hasbrown. I just couldn't enjoy the egg. It had no flavor, and the bottom of the bagel was too hard. The coffee was also very weak. It wasn't bad, just not the best that I had. Also, make sure you put in the name of the business and not the address because Google may take you to a house down the street.

There is a small parking lot and also street parking on N Broad. The business is on the corner of Delaware St and N Broad.
