Horrible place, I went there after work for a bite to eat with my wife . The young lady in the back was doing everything alone there was no team work! Not only that but after receiving my food I got charged $29.90 , I was told the payment did not go through the first time so I allowed the young lady to swipe my card again this time adding a $6 tip for her bringing the total to $35.90. This time is went through. I told the young lady before leaving that I was charged twice , she assured me the first time it did not process but my bank statement showed otherwise! I called the next day and explained everything the owner took the last four digits of my card assuring me they were going to investigate and send the money back if there was an issue this happened on January 8th ; it is now January 22,2022 and I have yet to receive the money they assured me they did not take! I called again recently to let the owner know that I still have yet to receive the return of $29.90 and the owner acted like he didn’t know what was going on. So 0 out of 10 for me. How is it an issue to give me my money back that I was charged twice for on top of that I even added a tip the second time because I felt bad for the young server doing everything alone. I’d like to add that when I called back the second time the young lady knew exactly who I was but the owner wants to sit there and act like he didn’t remember or whatever it was that he was doing ! But I will be taking a lawyer and the police to this place if I do not get my money back or something that cost $29.90...

My husband and I came here with our kids a couple yrs back. I seem to remember liking the place. So we just my husband and I went back this past weekend March 23 2025, we went around 545 pm, there was random take outs and noone in dining area. We chose to sit and eat there. I ordered shrimp fajitas, since I am VERY picky I asked for specifics. I asked for refried neams vs black beans, I asked no sour cream , guacamole instead. I have to say the nice waiter asked if Id want the app of guac and chips. I agreed to the appetizer ( I should have looked at the menu prices first) it was $15. And came with a small amount of chips. I asked for a little more and was charged about $2. In all my meal was very good. But paying over $20 for the meal, $17 for chips and at least $5 for my drink, not sure price was worth it. My husband got the 3 shrimp jard tacos, he seemed to love them. We also ordered a couple of their special non alcohol drinks. Our bill was over $75. To me a quick night that turned out long costed us a bundle. Its hard to digest a cost for a place like so. The atmosphere was nice. It didn't seem dirty. The waiter very nice, seemed a bit too relaxed. But I guess that is how the environment was. I prefer fast paced especially on a Sunday night. Not sure I will crave this place. But may go back when I have intentions of spending alot of cash. I think if the waiter used pen and paper maybe the wait would have been less. He was very nice but sometimes asking for things and waiting is not ideal. I will include my pictures if I can...

What a complete and utter disappointment. We really enjoy trying local establishments and supporting small businesses. If I could post a negative star, I would. We arrived at 6pm and there was only one other couple at a table. We ordered nachos with steak as an appetizer and placed the order for our meals at the same time. About 45 minutes later, the server brought the plate of nachos out and warned that the plate was hot. At least the plate was hot because the nachos were not. Less than 3 minutes later the server brought out our meals. The plated presentation looked very good and that’s about where anything close to good ended with this experience. My meal (the Enchiladas Bandera) was cold. The other meal (the Bistec con Enchiladas - Steak & Enchiladas) was served on a hot skillet which kept it hot. The steak was mostly fat and gristle and had no flavor. The enchilada sauce barely had a hint of flavor. I sent my meal back (the Enchiladas Bandera). I was offered a replacement and declined because didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes. As we sat at the table we could hear the server apologizing for the delay to another table that came in after us. Apparently the slow, disorganized service was normal for this night. I truly feel bad for any other customers who visit this restaurant tonight. The check arrived and the meal that I sent back was still on the bill.
