Employees werenât even wearing gloves while handling food. Masks seem to be required for employees but were worn under the chin. I understand masks arenât comfortable to wear all day but youâre breathing your spit all over peoplesâ food and not wearing gloves after handling money is appalling. Then they have music playing so loudly that it can be heard as soon as you enter the drive-thru. This seems to be worse in the morning.

My wife wanted me to get some food on the way home, otherwise I donât waste time with this location. But they have no problem wasting mine. I waited patiently for 3 or 4 minutes until I finally had to ask if anyone was there. After I ordered I paid and was asked to park in the front. After waiting outside for 20 minutes, seeing people walk in and eat or walk out with food I went in to ask if my food was almost ready. At that point the manager told the cook to START my food. I asked for a refund and the manager at the time tried to tell me they couldnât refund my debit card, which h know is a lie because Iâve had to do it before at this location.
Also, the woman frying the fries and tacos just reached jn and tossed lettuce in the tiny tacos with her bare hands. This location is a joke. Go to Farmer Boys, Del...
   Read more6/21/2025 UPDATE: This location just gets worse by the week. I have NEVER waited as long in a drive thru line as today at noon. When I got to the mic to order I understood why... the man on the order station was obviously new (who puts a new person on an order station at lunchtime on a Saturday??). The worse part was when I FINALLY got to the window, Enrique was taking another poor person's order and actually flipped the mic off (middle finger flip off)...that customer didn't see him but I did! He was rude, he knows I saw him...what a jerk. JACK, you can do better!!
Today I stopped at Jack's on Van Buren and Washington in Riverside. It was 8:30 a.m., I ordered a breakfast combo at the drive thru. The young man said he had no coffee (at 8:30 am on a Sat!). I told him I didn't want any other drink so no combo...well, "Mr. Attitude" launched into a loonnggg lecture, saying coffee machine works 24 hrs a day so it was broken, yadda yadda... he kept talking over me so he never would have heard my question...I just left. HORRIBLE customer service from him...actually there was NO customer...

After 15 minutes, I see a vanilla shake put up on the counter. Not mine, I ordered chocolate. It's sits there unattended. 2 minutes later a cookies and cream shake appears. They don't know who they are for. Finally someone says they are mine. I inform them that it can't be mine, I ordered a chocolate shake. They try to tell me it is chocolate. The cashier hurries over to the register and says she can add more. No thank you. You aren't charging me twice for something you didn't supply once. Took the shakes home. Yes, the "Chocolate" shake tastes like vanilla, and all of the Oreos were on the bottom of the cookies and cream shake.
