O Teriyaki — Restaurant in Woodland

Beyond disappointed!!!! my family and I spent $55 on 3 dinner specials to get home and taste the Mac salad SPOILED I called the store to let them know and see what we can do and the female that answered the phone straight hung up on me. So I called again and this time it was a different girl I proceeded to explain what was wrong since the other girl didn’t even let me speak and said there was nothing they can do because I was the only one that has complained about the Mac salad, Me and my family have been going to this spot for years even when it was under the last owners and we never had any issues with the food so I was really upset of the way she was talking to me making it seem like i was lying. She proceeded to ask well if you want a refund your not getting it, I never asked for a refund in the first place all I wanted was 3 new plates I even let her know I can take the plates back so they can see and smell it because it literally smells like spoiled pasta that’s been sitting out the whole day the smell is horrible and I as the mother tasted all three plates before I gave it to my kids and made my husband taste it to make sure I was not crazy, but the girl on the phone did not care at all and said your not getting a refund or new plates she was so RUDE & NASTY!! You guys definitely lost me and my whole family as your customers. When things like this happens you need to make things right if that was me working there without any hesitation I would have had 3 new plates made and made sure everything...

My son and I ordered food on 5/11/2021 at 8:35 pm. He had sesame chicken and I ordered the veggie noodles which I specifically said MILD and what do they give me SPICY that I CANNOT eat because my stomach CAN'T have spicy food. Then I call to tell them and they are CLOSED. Do you all not comprehend ENGLISH? Why do you ask a customer what they want if your not going to write it down? Is it pure LAZINESS because your about to close and could careless about what a customer wants. You ask the customer if they want mild, medium or spicy and I told you MILD. This is why I stopped coming to this food establishment. I don't know why I expected ANYTHING to be different with the service. This place use to be good when it was actually owned by a Hawaiian who actually took pride is serving ONO food. Now it's ran by Mexicans who don't know squat about cooking good AUTHENTIC Hawaiian food. This is what you get when you have LAZY workers who don't know a damn thing about GOOD...

Meh. I've only been here once and only tried the sesame chicken. It's a Hawaiian-style BBQ/Japanese restaurant in a business park. The food I tried was nothing to rave about, but it wasn't bad either. It was not overly sweet, greasy, or salty, but it also wasn't very flavorful. The macaroni salad was the best part of the meal. I've got to give them credit for the chicken actually seeming like real chicken (some of these teriyaki places serve that flattened, stringy stuff you wonder if it's really chicken or not, but this chicken was obviously real chicken and moist). Since it's close to my office and open fairly late, I'll probably eat here again, but I probably wouldn't drive out of my way to do...
