Every single time I visit this Jack in the Box they seem to get the order wrong. Now this review is regarding the drive thru, since I have never gone inside this establishment for an order. Today I went through the drive thru. I placed my two orders, as I was also picking up food for someone else. I pulled up to the window and was helped by Moresly, that is the name that was on the receipt. She then asked me to pull my car back 5 feet, after I paid for my order. I understand that the reason she asked me to do that is because there is a sensor that keeps track of the amount of time a customer is waiting in their vehicle to pick up their food. But this is something this particular store always asks me to do, at least with every visit I’ve made here, which I assume skews the data their management sees. I’ve never done this at the other Jack across town. Now when the lady finally asks me to pull up she begins handing me a beverage, which I did not order, and begins to do the routine where she tells me my total. I had just paid for my two meals 10 minutes ago and she did not remember the fact that she asked me to back up my car and wait. I tell her that the drink is not mine, and she looks at the screen and says “Your order will be right out”. Ten more minutes pass as I’m in the drive through, and I finally get my food handed to me by another employee. She does not say anything, she has a rude demeanor, and when I asked for some ranch sauce all I got was an “mhmm”. She handed me my food and I proceeded to head home. When I get home, one of my burgers (The Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger) was cold and stale tasting, and my order of 2 Bacon Ranch Monster Tacos are just regular tacos. So I basically just paid an addional 3 dollars for the regular tacos. So then I call the store, and now all I am getting is some sort of busy tone. I have called over 10 times to see if I could reach someone, but nope. I just got a message that they couldn’t reach the phone. So now I’m here, writing this review. It’s not convenient for me to drive all the way back so they can fix the order so hopefully Jack Listens will call me back to fix things. It’s unfortunate that as I was driving into this Jack I was contemplating actually going out of my way to go to the other Jack across town instead of this one since they’ve consistently messed up my order. We ordered the $20 burger meal, through the app, Since we used the app to order, we also ordered two milkshakes to go with it. When we arrived at the drive thru window, we were informed that there were no milkshakes. First strike of the night. (BTW- they weren't going to refund the money for the milkshakes) When we had ordered we needed a burger to be specially ordered. We wanted only one burger with only ketchup. Once we got home we found they had decided to make the ENTIRE order with ketchup only. Now I'm super frustrated and just want this to be corrected. We returned and explained what had happened and that we would like our entire order remade. It was cold from all the time it took to make the food (20 mins) plus travel time. They only wanted to give us a new ultimate burger but we should eat the other food. We said No. I had to get out of my car and walk away from the drive thru because I was getting too angry. My husband came home and had been told he could get a refund thru the app. (FYI-No you can't) We called the store and then he went back to get our refund. This is absolutely ridiculous service.
