Stepped inside and had to wait a few minute. Smelled WONDERFUL so we were already hungry and were assaulted by the aromas. Tummy grumble for sure!

Smells good and is crowded. What could possibly be bad here?

Absolutely nothing! Our hostess was sweet and friendly, server brought hot food and the fellow that was cleaning the tables when we came in was super friendly also.

My breakfast burrito should have been two meals but I couldn’t stop eating it. The huevos rancheros, posole and menudo that were also ordered looked tasty and their recipients said it was super good.

We each live 2-3 hours north and south of here, but this is our new morning meeting place.

Excellent quality food. I ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger and their Stuffed J with rice to not be disappointed in flavor. Bacon on my burger was cooked to the perfect balance of crunch to chew texture that apparently isn't always easy to get right for some cooks. I was more impressed by the stuffed jalapenos because I was expecting tiny little jalapeno poppers but these are giant jalapenos stuffed with some I'm not sure what mixture, but it was delicious. I do have to say that my burger patty was cook to well-done, but not over cooked to cardboard texture like some restaurants are known to do. I will definitely be coming back to try out other dishes...

They’re prompt, friendly, obviously well liked, with good intentions. Price was fair for the subpar ingredients. We ordered the huevos rancheros and were surprised; bland, meat was unrecognizable on appearance and taste. We picked hash browns(which automatically comes with the dish anyway) waitress said she wrote down home fries and we ended up with country potatoes….???? Make sure your order is right because there’s a disconnect from table to kitchen. Hard to say if we’ll be back, the 5 star reviews we based our decision to eat here...
