Quetzal Méxican Restaurant — Restaurant in Woodland

I have been Quetzal's client over the past 5 years. I was reading the 1-3 star reviews and I think customers often do not value and appreciate the job of the owners. I have tried most mexican restaurants in Woodland and Davis. Most of them are expensive and do not serve quality food. Quetzal makes carnitas daily, gorditas, handmade tortillas, and more. What other restaurants offers fresh daily food? and at a good price? By far Quetzal is my favorite place to eat with my family and coworkers. Food is delicious, and the taste of carnitas with handmade tortillas and the red salsa is perfect. Food we tried is great but is getting pricy over and coming dumb rules every time we come back. Have a sign “Can’t take a picture of their menu” No food or Drinks from outside? Oh cant buy to go drink of eating in, neither cant pay for to go cup if cashier guy knows you are eating in! Really? Paid $3 for a small cup and they wanted charge another $3 until leaving for togo cup? What are they going restrict next? Total napkins can use or time can be in the restaurant? One of my two favorite taquerias. I have been looking all over the Bay Area and have not found one like it. Homemade tortillas ever day. Its especially good with their carnitas plate. Its a hunk of meat with tortillas, rice and beans. As other reviewers have stated, their gorditas are wonderful too. The only thing that could use improvement is their chips.
