I got a meatball sub and my girl got a cheesesteak ! My kids got a large pizza !

Let me start by saying that the food was super cold . Mind you I live 4 minutes in car from this pizza place so how is my food way below warm? Not a little warm ? “No not one bit “ !!!

My meatball sub and my girls cheesesteak and my kids pizza all was cold , was not even warm one bit !

On my girls cheesesteak, she told them no peppers no onion and they still globbed it on ! Her cheese, steak meat, super chewy, and unflavored , bread super soggy ! No flavor whatsoever ( Cheesesteak 1 out of 10 )

On my meatball sub There was so much sauce , they put on which caused the roll to get super soggy, and it started falling apart very bad ! Why are they cutting the meatballs in half, are they trying to save money ? Makes no sense because we are paying all this money for our food , why are you slicing the meatballs in half? If I’m paying money for a meatball sub I want all my balls in full on my sandwich, not half cut meatballs so yall can save money !

The meatball sub , you cannot bite into it without the whole thing falling apart. They put so much sauce almost as a filler to try to trick us to make it seem like it’s a big sandwich and in reality it’s not !

The meatballs that are sliced in half are literally swimming inside puddles of sauce !

This meatball sub looks like something a dog would eat !

It’s like they took this meatball sub and dipped the whole thing in a bucket of water !

The roll is drenched in sauce like they dipped it in a bucket of sauce !

When I say this thing got so much red sauce on it , with half cut meatballs sliding inside it man oh man , forget using bait to lure sharks to you , put this meatball sub on a line and cast it inside the ocean and the whole Atlantic will come swimming to you ! This meatball sub has Halloween themed all inside it with all the red sauce they put in it !

And by the way , they changed their pizza to a different style and it’s bad ! The sauce on that as well is way too sweet and flavorless . The bottom of pizza is way too greasy , they don’t put enough cheese on the pizza how a cheese pizza is supposed too get ! Crust was soft and flavorless ! Some of the slices was cut real small and tiny and some was cut overly big ! (Pizza 2 out of 10 ) Pizza gets a 2 , only because somehow my kids ate a slice and they are stuffed so I don’t have to waste more money and buy them something else !

Customer service was a little pushy and rude and the girl that took my order acted like she hated her job ! It’s like she was in a rush , I was asking questions about certain foods , Simple food questions , and the hole time she Pushy after pushy to get of the phone ! I understand they are busy but have some pride in your job !

This is why high end restaurants are able to scale there business to the multi millions , because they have every thing factored in from making sure there food is A1 , from the customer service being A1 ! (Customer Service 2 out of 10 ) It gets a 2 only because they picked the phone up pretty fast but they still put me on hold !

Do not go here , me and my family is staying away ! I should be a professional food reviewer , With all the foods I had , and this pizza place is not a good spot ! Take my word or find out for yourselves ! I knew I should had went to cicontes pizza or Frankie’s pizza !

Remember people , Quality over quantity , And Penn pizza has it quantity over...

The receptionist is rude and lazy. Chubby girl like she don’t want to do her job. I ordered a package deal for $52, after delivery and taxes $58. I told them I was paying with a card. When they finally came to deliver. I have to meet them 2 blocks away because, they don’t want to enter the property. They charged me $61 I called and ask why the price change. I was told very rudely it’s extra for paying with a card. Not understanding why I wasn’t told this over the phone the first time, and why the attitude explaining. I think the driver took a tip out and couldn’t even deliver my food. Had to walk 2 block to get it they lost me, and the food tasted off. I gave a 2 star for the ppl in the back. I see working hard every time I go in. While she in her phone not paying attention to nothing going on. I watched the cook just watch her while she in her phone, and he like I wonder how long it’s gonna take her to come grab the orders. Smh bad front...

Ordered a pasta today with 3 toppings, my husband went in to pick it up and when he came out he said the pasta looked different than how it looked the previous times we ordered (about 10x). He's not the type of person to go and complain about it (neither am I) but this time our pasta really seemed more of a soup instead of a pasta and also it didn't have one of the toppings I asked for, so I went in and spoke with the counter person who afterwards went directly to the cook and told him what was going on. Unfortunately the cook just had this attitude and did not want to be bothered by an unsatisfied customer so I proceeded to ask for my money back, a few minutes later Luis who I beleive is also one of the cooks came out and listened to what I had to say and took the time to fix my order. After that, my pasta was the best pasta I've had in a very long time so, thank you Luis for really making sure the customer...
