Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Woodward

Just ordered at Carl's Jr. (My mom's voice cracks a little, and she can't always be heard as well as she would like to be.)

As we were driving away from placing our order, we hear the person who was taking our order say, "Oh my God!!" And acting like we were just the worst people in the world.

So we get to the window and my mom tells the person at the drive thru window that she's typically not someone who complains, but that she heard what they said and if we hadn't been in a hurry she would have asked to talk to a manager concerning their attitude. The woman said, "yeah, okay".

I do not recommend. We ate there last night and ended up getting sick. The service was slow, which oh well, short staffed. They ended up getting the order way wrong. They gave us two extra burgers, extra drink and extra fries. My 5 year old wasn't feeling good last night, didn't think anything of it, 2am comes around and he ends up puking the burger up all over his bed, the walls, the floors and my bedroom as well. I'm starting to get nausea as well as the rest of the family is. I will not eat here again. I went straight to the fridge and threw the leftover burgers straight...

Husband picked up a cheeseburger for me on the way home from work today. He told them "No Sauce, dry" several times, (even yelled it at the guy once because he wasn't getting the freaking idea). When I opened up my meal the bun was soaked through with BBQ sauce, ketchup, and mayo to the point the wrapper was covered and the buns were falling apart. It was one huge soaking wet mess. Even if I wasn't allergic to ketchup and BBQ sauce I wouldn't have been able to eat it. They very rarely get an order right the first time but this was disgusting. Need a serious...
