I ordered 3 combo meals: 1 with a Route 44 drink and 2 with large drinks. The carhop (Anthony) came out with only two medium drinks. I let him know this was incorrect and showed him the receipt — it had been entered wrong and needed to be adjusted. No big deal — mistakes happen.
But then it went downhill fast.
Anthony came back with just two large drinks and said he couldn’t fix the third drink until I gave him “the third drink” he claimed to have handed me. I told him he only brought out two drinks to begin with. He proceeded to argue with me about it, insisting I had three. I had watched him walk out with only two.
Finally, he went back inside and brought out another large drink, saying “It’s been a long day.” I told him I understood but that was no excuse to take it out on customers. His response? “I’m only saying what my manager told me to say.”
So I asked to speak with the manager.
When she came out, I explained the situation. Her response — very rude — was “Well, I made three drinks.” I told her: You may have made three, but I only received two. Maybe talk to your employees before accusing paying customers of stealing.
In the end, I now had three drinks, but still not the order I placed. At that point, I was so upset I didn’t even get her name.

We then had to reorder, the dude asked us about 10 what our order was but would never punch it in, that took another 10 minutes.
