Taco Factory — Restaurant in Woodward

I won’t go back. This was the second time I had been here in a 6 month period. I was not impressed the first time but figured I would give them a second chance as I try and support what I would call the little guy. I always try and patronize small biz when I can. My most important concern I would like to address is the poor customer service I had received. The lady who look my order was rude and should stick with drive thru orders only and not in person orders as she just looks like she doesn’t want to be there. I tipped $3 on my $9 lunch and when I asked if she would be willing to fill my water bottle with water she starred at me with a dumbfounded look so I kindly said could I get a cup of water? She replied with we charge .27 cents for water. Really? Its the small things in life that keeps customers coming back. I am more disappointed in the lack of customer service over the disappointing quality...

I'm not one to typically complain but I like taco factory. As a kid i used to ride my bike down the street just to get chips and queso or a yummy sampler. It's nostalgic for me. EVERY time I come my order is messed up and it's really upsetting and frustrating. I don't come very often anymore. I only make a simple order for one person. Maybe repeat the order at the window as well as the speaker. I even spoke loud slow and clear. Only to be met with a wrong order and told I could be charged for the right one. I've worked in food service for a long time....

What can I say I forgot to take the photo till the end. Every time we drive through Woodward I have to stop here. It is a great local Mexican fast food place. The food is classic American Mexican fast food with a wild variety of options that will surprise you. They have a salsa bar that I has a nice selection. The only knock is mild sauces needs a little more flavor. Surprising the queso is actually homemade and not concessions stand cheese. This place is a hidden gem with all the chain fast food joints in town well...
