Ok so I can’t say enough about this place. I called one day with a strange request that 97% of other pizzerias were not willing to accommodate, that being a small pizza half with sauce half no sauce. From the very first time I asked if they could do this was they said absolutely no questions asked, they knew exactly what I wanted. Then upon picking up my pizza they showed it to me to make sure it was correct (this is something they do just about every single time you pick up a pizza). It was perfect! Also the place was very clean, and all the employees are working not just standing around. Anyways since my first time with this order I have called numerous times for the same pizza and I’m not joking when I say every single time I am greeted with “hi hunny do you want your pizza” I say “yes” they say “ok 15 mins”. Now one day a girl answered and I got nervous bc I’m so use to the other people just knowing me from my caller ID, but when I started to say “I kinda get a weird pizza” she knew right away who I was and what I wanted. I have not been going here more than a month or two, And when I say their customer service is off the charts I mean that whole heartedly and I’m a tough critic. I don’t leave reviews for just anybody I have to be extremely satisfied or extremely dissatisfied to even care about writing a review. These guys have earned five stars and then some. I will also add one last thing with the prices going up absolutely everywhere they are by far the most fair and reasonable in the city especially for the quality. They are just awesome all the way around and they deserve to be recognized for it, and by more people then just myself. Read moreI have been going to j n j for over a year since moving in a nearby neighborhood. The food is a decent price for the quality and they are open late which is convenient. However, I have heard horror stories about the customer service and orders missing items but have always ignored them until this past weekend. I called in a take out order and my sister left to go pick it up but stopped to get gas first. I received a call from the establishment and answered. The man on the other line goes “so are you planning on picking up your food?” I responded yes someone is on the way to pick it up and he goes “Yeah they better be” and hangs up. I checked when I had called to place the order thinking maybe it had been longer than I thought but it had only been 47 minutes and my sister pulled in within 5 minutes later. She comes back only for me to realize I had ordered a 15 piece mozzarella stick that was paid for but was not in the bag. I called the next day to explain what had happened and a different man said “I’m sorry I don’t know what happened but it says we can no longer accept orders from this number and you are blocked. Feel free to order from grub hub or an online 3rd party though” This place has the nerve to block me over a 50 minute PICKUP order when I have waited 2 hours for delivery before and didn’t even give me the food I paid for and still expects me to order from them online to pay extra delivery fees???? Read moreI called to tell someone that they made my order wrong. I asked for a turkey BLT with extra mayonnaise and American. There was no bacon no American cheese so they gave me provolone.. and no mayonnaise . I asked them if they could remake it or give me a refund. they said they can have the driver send me a cup mayonnaise and a side of bacon LMAFAO I said “no thank you because you also said you don’t have American cheese and it would’ve been nice if you said that in the beginning of my order because I’ve would’ve canceled it” They kept insisting to remake the sandwich, but I kept telling them I do not want it. I just want to refund. After all that, they tell me that their manager isn’t in today so I would not be able to issue me a refund today So I have to call back tomorrow. So I said “OK, what time will the manager be in? And may I get your name in case and your managers a little bit confused about what I’m calling about” He started speaking to someone else in his language. Disregard that I was still on the phone. Pick the phone up and said “ I’m gonna send back the driver to pick up the sandwich”. So I said “OK and what exactly will you do with the sandwich I opened it up and touched it. It’s up here in my apartment.” He said “ you want your refund, I want my sandwich” so I’m like how does that work? “You get your sandwich back today and I don’t get my money because your manager is not there” so I told him respectfully bring it to me in cash.
