I used to order frequently from this place because they were the go to place for delivery late at night not that's good was exceptional in any way(3 stars when at their best). Prior to last nights problem. I ordered 2 lrg subs (chicken parmesan & cheeseburger), fries (requested well done) & ham n cheese calzone. I was surprised that the food arrived so quickly because of the snow but after seeing my son's cheeseburger sub was RAW!! Now I personally prefer my burgers rare-medium but this was disgusting and two hours later when I took the picture you see ether pink turned to gray...but you can tell just how undercooked this was. I called them and was rudely told after a long pause by the man in the other end of the phone "What you want me to do? I get you another sandwich in an hour" I explained that I no longer wanted it replaced because I gave my son the calzone. I expected as a regular customer to either be offered a free sub next time I order or an exceptional manager would've immediately offered to refund the money. But there was no resolution. I figured I'd have to speak with a different manager and would call today. Well I did and unfortunately found out it was the same manager who refused to give me his name and offered absolutely no resolution. I asked if there is someone above him that I should speak to because I'm not getting anywhere with him and at this point they will be not only losing our business but will be getting a negative review on Yelp Google and FB. He said that I was threatening him. I explained that it's not a threat that I'm just going to tell the truth. I ended up hanging up on him because I just couldn't deal with his ignorance... Began writing this review that I am going to share at all the fore mentioned sites. He did attempt to call me back several times and in the end sent his delivery driver to "give her whatever she wants".. the driver was unaware of what transpired and I have him the short of the story and told him that I'm all set and that we will no longer be ordering from them. And to think this was all because of a raw burger that could've been resolved with a simple credit for my next order. Oh well... Hopefully the other managers will see this and sort out...

It was a Friday night and in the mood for pizza let's look at the list.
Road Runner Pizza--Images of the Wiley Coyote pop into mind. Let's hope that smart Road Runner was a relative and we get to enjoy a wonderful pizza.
Gave them a call and a pleasant-sounding person answered the phone. They asked me if I could hold, I agreed. Quickly they were back on the phone asking for my order. I asked for a large half mushroom half cheese pizza and a small order of fries. They said number 23, then said bye and hung up.
I was unable to pick up the pizza pie but the person that did said it looked clean, they treated her ok, and they were busy.
First thing I opened was the fries. We laughed the box containing the fries had plenty of space. Actually the white sheet of paper they placed in the box took up more space then the fries. Road Runner pizza is very skimpy with their fries. It looked like a small order of fries from McDonald's, sad. Coming from a pizza parlor this was a first. Maybe they did us a favor because the fries were not very tasty.
Popped open the pizza box and right away you see the bread style pizza the staple of unimaginative pizza places. Through this search we are finding way to many pizza parlors are like this. The pizza had the correct amount of cheese and mushrooms. The mushrooms were canned. The pizza had a weak pizza smell to it. Once you take a bite you notice the correct amount of cheese but the sauce is weak and not flavorful. The crust was dry and not chewy. For a Greek bread style pizza this is below average.
As one person posted if your drunk and anything would do this pizza would do. Unless you live right beside this parlor I would suggest finding another Pizza joint.
If this Road Runner was being chased by Mr. Wiley Coyote then that Coyote would have spit him out and looked for a lizard to eat.

Read moreMANAGER HAS NO CONCERN FOR CHILDREN CONSUMPTION As a mother of a pizza loving child we order from Road Runner at least once a week. The product is always hot and fresh. Today being a Friday he cried for pizza and of course like always I call Road Runner and order a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza is delivered and as soon as I bring upstairs I can tell its burnt. My son is like a hawk waiting for a slice.
I opened the box, pick up a slice and another and another and they are burnt. So I check all the pieces to see if I can get a slice that's not so burnt. They were all scorched black ( the delivery guy can attest to this). So with hesitation I called back and explained to the manager that the pizza was burnt ( not golden brown BURNT BLACK). He was kind enough to resend another pizza. The delivery guy who say the first pizza asked me to check the 2nd pizza to make sure it was to my satisfaction. This pizza was even worse than the first. It was BURNTTTTTT!!!!!
The delivery guy was so patient and understand. He asked me what I wanted to do. I asked him what would he do. He called back to tell the manager that this pizza was also burnt. He called for over 10-15 minutes with no response. He said that he would go back and see what he can do. He came back within minutes holding $ and said the manager said that he will not fix the order. My jaw almost hit the floor. The pizza was clearly burnt and not fit for anyone
This is my very first review ever. This situation was handled very poorly. If I would have given my child the BURNT PIZZA and he would have fallen sick then the establishment would have a bigger problem on their hands.
All of this would have been avoided if the second order was checked by the manager before sent out for delivery and you would have had a happy customer who would have continued to come back. I will be taking my services and...
