SMOKE n MUNCH — Local services in Worcester

Never in my entire life of being alive have I had a store owner come outside and complain that I’m parked in the lot too long knowing I spend money here everyday until today when he came outside and told me and a friend we were in his lot too long and that we didn’t spend no more than 20$ dollars in his store this time I was at a loss of words knowing I’m in here everyday or every other day so sad I’ll never do business here again...

I've been here a few times. The woman who is managerial is very cordial and helpful. She's really sweet. They ordered spinning top ash trays for me. Excellent customer service unlike the other two stores close by. I go there for tobacco and cig tubes. *Have to mention they were two hours late in opening today but perhaps there was a personal problem...

Very clean store. The guy and his brother who work there are always very nice and more than helpful. Always try to get the products you want if they dont already have them. He has specially ordered stuff for me cuz i liked them a couple times. Great neighborhood...
