Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Worcester

I called in an order a little after 9pm. I was a little confused once given my number why my address wasn't in the system seeing how I've placed orders in the past but however didn't I say anything and proceeded to give my information again. I was told that it would be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes. An hr had past and nothing so I figured they were busy given it being a Friday so I called to check on my order. The person who answered the phone asked me for my name and then read me off the names of 2 orders that were wanting and neither were mine. Then says ohhh the drive went there and called you but no answer. Which is a lie and then Melissa (Manager who was very arrogant and rude) claims she called once the drive got back. I asked what number she dialed and she answered your number and who ever answered the phone said you weren't there ( mind you my children are in there beds and I had the phone with me but that's beside the point bc she straight just lied). I told her no one called my number your very mistaking. I could tell I was dealing with a very very unprofessional person so I asked for the district manager number and she claimed she doesn't have it. So hence the next best thing was to write a review given the time of day. I will NEVER order from there again very confused on why...

We ordered a take out last evening and went to pick up the food. I was waiting for someone to show up at the desk to talk to us.After 5-8 mins, I asked if anyone is inside the kitchen, no one answered but we could see people walking in the back.

Regardless of me and another customer present at the pickup place/desk. 2 employees came and were packing the delivery stuff in one of their red bags. I asked the girl, did anyone of you hear us when seeking help? You know the answer she gave me? "We have other stuff to do at the back", I asked is answering the front desk not part of the stuff you guys have to do? She said she cannot control what they have to do in the back. Serously!!!! This is the reason why PizzaHut is going down.No customer service and staff are rude.

Very disappointed.

We have other pizza places near our house and I do not think we will go to this place in near future.

Update on 8/2/2024: PizzaHut corporata has asked me to send more information on this and I sent the reciept, location and my contact information. Lets see what they have to say.

The custom pizzas I chose were really good, however they did not have sufficient enough sauce on each pizza to compliment the delicious thick crust. I chose the hut's favorite crust, personal pan pizzas, with random toppings. I tried both the marinara sauce and the garlic parmesan, the latter being the better sauce. The prices are not competitive enough, their lowest pizza deal did not dip below $10; adding on a stuffed crust will set you back $3 additional dollars, and I couldn't create a pizza with stuffed crust for less than $17.99....that's just bogus when you want a few pizzas, makes you change your whole order. They need to lower those prices, but the pizza was good. Again, more sauce is needed for the thickness of the crust. No other issues otherwise.

p.s. Of course....after my purchase I end up with a coupon for $12.99 large 1 topping stuffed crust pizza. Wish I had it prior...
