On a Saturday night wanting pizza we called who was next on the list of Worcester pizza places. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and ready to help out in any way. We ordered a large cheese pizza and small order of fries.

Teds is located in a plaza, it was brightly lit and from the outside looked clean and inviting.

Inside was bright, welcoming and clean. This is unique since most pizza places in Worcester are run down and dingy. The man at the counter was very pleasant and happy to see a customer.

Lifting the Pizza box I became alarmed, it was a big box but light as a feather not a good sign.

The pizza is finally at home we lifted the cover and my suspicions were correct. This is the typical bready Greek style pizza. The crust had the crisp dried bread stick look. On the first bite your mouth is overwhelmed with the sugary super sweet sauce. There is a lot of sugar or most likely corn syrup in the tomato sauce. The Cheese had no real flavor so it was neither good nor bad just blah. The crust was crisp, light and if you liked bread Greek style pizza would enjoy their crust. The pizza has no real heft to it, being airy, and light. One large pizza would be tough to stuff two adults.

The place and people were great but since this is a food rating I could not rate this very high I wished I could have. The sauce being a red sugar, the cheese blah and the light Greek bread crust over all it was not a pleasant pizza. I could not love the pizza as much as I...

I've ordered here a few times, the food has always been good, prices decent. Tonite, ordered ceasar salad and 2 subs. Ceasar salad had NO cheese on it. Chicken parm sub had cheese on the top so when they wrapped it, the paper wrap all stuck to the hot cheese on top. Ordered BLT sub, with mayo and pickles. Supposed to come with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes, right? Nope. No lettuce or tomatoes. So I politely call to let the manager know we had some issues. Tells me I should've asked for extra cheese for the salad, that the chicken parm sub is the way they make it cuz if they put it on the bottom ppl think there isn't any. And that I didn't specify I wanted the lettuce and tomatoes in the BLT. Manager argued with me, instead of having even the slightest ounce of customer service. Everyone else has always been great, but the manager feels it's ok to argue with a paying customer who had legitimate issues with an order. That's the last time I'll give my money...

The staff is a super great team! They are definitely in tune with their customers and engaging. The menu is typical for a pizza joint. Their pies are delicious! Great crust and I'm a big fan of their sauce. Not too sweet - very addicting! They do not skimp on the toppings either. Fresh and fills the whole pie. Yummy. After the order is placed, grab a table and relax. They will bring you your orders as they come out of the kitchen. Nice feature for a pizza joint! If you're ordering take out, give the proper wait time after ordering and pull up to their drive thru to take away! 4 stars on the atmosphere is only because it's not a brand new facility and the lone TV isn't visible from most seats, but if you aren't alone you should be talking anyway!
