Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worth Township

I visited the drive thru at this location (which is horrendous to maneuver your car through) this morning with my daughter. I ordered a dozen donuts and specified that I wanted a mix of Boston crème, vanilla crème, powdered, glazed, and sprinkle donuts in the dozen. I was handed the box and drove home. When I opened the box, it had a bunch of donuts I didn’t ask for (bc my kids don’t like them). I called the store to see if I could get the donuts I asked for, but the phone was broken. I was speaking but the woman on the line couldn’t hear me, then proceeded to complain about people calling and not saying anything. I called back several times and now they won’t answer the phone. I won’t spend my money here anymore - the lack of service which could have been an easy fix just wasted my money bc the staff is inattentive to customers. I will say that the young man at the window was very kind and wished me a beautiful day, so I’ve given some credit to that bc it was nice to interact with someone who...

This is literally the worst Dunkin to go to, in my opinion. The past few times I went there they were really busy with only two workers. I’m a very understanding/patient person. I saw there was a huge line so I ordered my coffee for walk-in through the app. I went inside a few minutes later and continued to stand and wait for THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES. I then asked if my order was ready and she finally got around to making it. When she handed it to me it was immediately wrong. Wrong size, had no cold foam and even the coffee looked odd in color. I already waited a ridiculous amount of time so I kept quiet and thought maybe I could fix it with cream and sugar. Then she handed me my other coffee and I walked out the door. Got into my car and tasted what was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It was SOUR. Both of them. Absolutely disgusting. Very bad customer service, slow and the employees were so rude. We waited an hour for our order to be ready and they asked us million times what our order was. The employees look like they are still new and they dont know what they are doing. They messed up the order twice. I ordered the Caramel Graze Signature Latte and then they told us after waiting for a while that they are cleaning the latte machine and that we need to wait a few minutes more. I asked them if they can do me the original iced coffee and just give me the difference they refused and they told me that i need to call the 1-800 number because they cant do it. So i asked them to give me two Cups of iced coffee instead since they refused to give me the refund back. Overall its the worst experience i've ever had at dunkin donuts....
