This is some of the best chicken out there. Hands down. I lived in Philly for 11 years and have been labeled a bit of a food snob…. This would be one of the best places in Philly without a doubt. HOWEVER….. to the owners…. A teachable moment if you will. Yesterday was pure chaos. I’m not taking any stars away because they are a new business still trying to figure things out. I felt that the people that were screaming at the staff about long wait times should have considered that fact. Give them a break. If a month from now it’s still that chaotic that’s a different story. Ok, back to my however point. Please talk to some of the younger staff there about being personable. I get it, they are young kids that I am sure are trying their best but the young lady on the register needs a little coaching. Greeting someone with a “what do you want” doesn’t really give you the warm and fuzzies. Another however…. The gentleman with the mustache… I would guess he is the manager …. Is phenomenal. He was doing a phenomenal job trying to calm down some of the customers who were very upset about the long wait times (again give them a break people) and he was super professional. To sum this all up. The chicken is incredible, wait times might be a little long as they work out the kinks, some of the younger staff need some more training, guy with the mustache is fantastic....
