Had a really bad/embarrassing experience here today me and my wife come here every Sunday we ordered 2 egg and bacon on a oat bagel..we get there I pay and they give me the order then we sit on the table open the bag and they gave us egg bagel when we asked for oat so I stand and let HECTOR know that we ordered oat bagel he said that’s not what I said I told him oat not egg he said I repeated the order witch he didn’t .. I said that’s not what I ordered again… and he’s just basically saying like I’m stuck with my order… he wasn’t doing anything about it so I just told him to give me my money back witch he did because I’m not going back and forth with him about what I ordered any other place will say sorry I didn’t catch that and make me another one but he wasn’t having it… gave my my refund reciept… and never coming back to this place EVER! So we ended up at sunrise bagel where the owner actually cares about there costumer.. HECTOR SHOULD BE CHECKED BY THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE… WATCH THE CÁMARAS ITLL AHOW YOU...

There is no shortage of breakfast and lunch places, let alone bagel stores. Glad I discovered this place last summer. I've been going here on and off for the past six months and can't praise the food and staff enough. I've called in orders and gone in person to place them. Sometimes I will eat there as well. Hector, Johnny and even Eric who runs back and forth at the grill are wonderful. They are always smiling and very friendly. There are the usual busy times when there is a line to the door but they are fast and efficient, even if they are short staffed, which is not their fault in this day and age. Not once have they made a mistake on my orders, unlike other places. They really seem to care about getting it right. They treat all the patrons with kindness and try to get everyone out to door as quickly as possible. Lastly, the prices are comparable to other deli's and bagel shops. I placed my order online, when I got there 10 minutes after I did online order, I waited online and was told when I got to the front counter, that she was too busy to put my online order in. I then waited 20 more minutes and I watched people come and go that ordered way after me, I asked if my order was started and she said no, I said I would like my money back because I couldn’t wait any longer.
