I went before and the food and the attention was really good, so I went back with my boyfriend, and it was a terrible experience. Not one of the servers knew what they were doing, to ask for a drink I had to explain to 3 different servers what I wanted. Food lasted forever to come to the table, and since we arrived after 8 pm, they were eager for us to leave. One of the guys was nice, took our order and said they were near to close (more than 30 minutes ahead) but we could stay as long as we wanted. Fun thing, the other girl came and gave us our bill before the food was even ready; when we were finally eating, halfway on our food, she came and said... We're near to close, do you want me to pack your food? So she took it and packed it. She cleaned over us and almost kicked us out. Terrible attitude, no customer service skills at all, how is she working with people? Of course, we left no tip for this disrespectful person. We were out of the restaurant 4 minutes before nine, like ten minutes after the food arrived. Let me tell you, if you want to keep customers, never kick them out, never interrupt their meal just because you want to go home. I am paying for my food, and my money makes your salary, more if your money come from tips. The food is not as good as to make me go back in there to be treated that...

It kills me to give WP a 2 star rating because they were always my go to place. They were always consistent which nowadays is almost non existent. I never write reviews but this was the third order that was horrible. The first order was burnt and cold. The second one was when I ordered muscles, that were usually the best around, big and delicious. I got an order of tiny musclettes that was a few short and the ones that were in there were empty. And yes I sifted through the sauce but nothing, just shells. Called and spoke to a female who heard part of my complaint and put me on hold. When another girl picked up the phone, she also put me on hold. So I ate it. Not worth the time. Today's order, that arrived cold, which I always order was Rigatoni in a creamy Pesto sauce, love fresh basil!!! The only problem was it was a cream sauce with 0 pesto/basil. I actually went into the garden in the rain, chopped up my own basil dumped it in and warmed it up. I also ordered a margarita pie so I figured I have a slice of that while waiting for the pasta. Back out to the garden since there were only 3 or 4 slices with a few fragments of basil on the cold pie. What really annoyed me, is the last two orders were shared with guests, very embarrassing!!! SORRY GUYS YOU WERE GOOD WHILE IT LASTED, GET BACK TO BASICS, 3...

We were gifted a gift card here, told to claim it at the restaurant as it had been purchased from the owner over the phone. Bit of a misunderstanding, owner was not there and staff did not have any idea of it when we went there to eat. That wasn’t ideal as we ended up having to pay for a meal that had already been paid for, but it isn’t enough that I would bother to go online to write a bad review. What is enough is that we could hear the manager calling us liars in the background, as could our kids, because we tried to claim a gift she didn’t believe existed. We were trying to be polite the whole time but having to listen to this and have our kids listen to this essentially ruined our day. A day later the confusion got cleared up and the gift card was personally delivered to the house, but this doesn’t really make the situation right. They still got the extra money from us and they still called us liars in front of our kids because of their...

A family favorite for 10+ years. Chicago pan meat lovers NEVER disappoints. They’ll always call with any questions regarding your order customizations to double check it’s made to your liking which is very much appreciated! And the onion rings… always so crispy and perfect. Highly recommend!!

Stopped in for a plain slice. $3.15. Good flavor, great sauce, crust was a bit flimsy and overall a tad greasy for my taste. There were 18 pizza varieties choose from at the counter. I'd go back.
