Cowboy Cones — Restaurant in Wyoming

The ice cream was good. Kids loved it and they have good non dairy options. The window ordering was a bit chaotic and it wasn't very busy. There isn't a good system of who is ordering and who is waiting for their icecream. There was a doordash delivery guy there before us he was told the order was ready and told them he was there to pick it up. He was up set because how long it took to get the order. I understand that, time is money for him. What i heard him say was that they shouldn't say the order is ready when it's not. When he left the young manager yelled out the window then chased the guy to his car yelling at him that he was no longer welcome. That manager made a huge scene that only made matters worse. Delicious ice cream with lots of flavor options. I wish they had more soft serve options because those are my fav. Service has always been friendly and efficient, I love the window ordering and the location on the main drag in Wyoming is great.

I was there the other day with my kid and some obnoxious woman was yelling and complaining about not getting a paper receipt for something her kids ordered. She was beyond ridiculous, threatening to contact the BBB (which is hilarious) but the staff handled it well…I just wish people could be more chill (excuse the pun), it’s an ice cream store. I was tempted to throw a $20 at her and tell her to get lost but as I said, my kid was with me so I didn’t need participate...

Good Icecream, bad service

Showed up tonight (sept 29) at 8:40 pm, open sign was still on, hours on the sign said they were open til 9 as did a Facebook post made that day. Stood in front of the window for about 10-15 minutes, workers glanced up a few times but never made eye contact. Eventually the one of the works came up to the window and turned off the open sign and walked away without ever acknowledging me. If you closed early for the day thats fine, but not having the decency to acknowledge me or tell me your closed is another. Next time we have a craving for ice cream we'll just go to Don's creamy...
