Extremely fed up with this location. The last 2 times I ordered from them they forgot part of my order! BOTH TIMES. Tonight is the straw that broke the camel's back. I ordered our food via the super snazzy app- but needed to call in to amend my order. I had to add my son's free pizza for perfect attendance and 2 sides of marinara. Simple right? I called, rang forever, and when they answered they disconnected the call. I called back- must be something with the phone line right? Rings forever..they finally pick up and "Can I put you on hold?" I try to explain, get interrupted and put on hold. I timed it. 5 minutes before they picked the phone back up. I'm still polite though annoyed. Updates my order to add the free cheese pizza and 2 sides of marinara. I'll need to pay $1.06 when the driver gets here. Cool. Fine. I get that. This is the part that BLEW my top. Delivery driver Robert arrives. Very nice, I upbeat, conversational. I give him the money and sign the slip. He hands me the food. He even told us to "keep the free pizza coupon and use it again" (right in front of my son) I told him no- that's not right. He says , "Go for it, I've been doing this for 30 years, its fine get the free pizza again" He also forgets the salad. Has to go back to get it. Told me the marinara was in the boxes. There was no marinara. Robert already left my driveway to grab the salad he forgot. I had to call the location AGAIN. This time after it rang forever- they didn't ask to put me on hold- THEY JUST DID IT. Now I'm calling to catch Robert before he gets back with my salad to grab that stupid marinara. I WAS ON HOLD FOR 8 MORE MINUTES. Robert was back by then with my salad. I hang up the phone because I'm mad at this point. I start to explain to him that I had been on hold for 8 minutes at this point and they never packed the sauce. Now, his attitude completely changed. First thing out of his mouth was - "We are REALLY BUSY tonight." I said "I understand that but.." He interrupts me stating how busy they are again. I explained to him- again- that since no one will answer the phone, he's going to have to hear my complaint. Again- he reminds me he's been doing this for 30 years. AGAIN, I explain that they charged me that stupid dollar for those 2 sauces and instead of apologizing for THEIR OBVIOUS mistake - he blamed the cook? AND he was raising his voice to me? Seriously?
I'm livid by now. I stopped the conversation abruptly, told him I was calling the manager in the morning and shut my door.
He actually stayed on my porch and yelled after I shut the door on him.
I love Dominoes pizza. I've been ordering for years. I love the app- it's secure, convenient and FAST. Order food through the app, next thing you know pizza is here and there's a super nice delivery person giving it to you. HOWEVER- I've had nothing but problems with my orders when using this location. No one wants to get yelled at by their pizza delivery guy on Friday night because of THEIR incompetence. I love the taste of their pizza. I find the toppings size and amount are average. Taste is pretty good.
But employee’s and customer service at this location, no thanks. I ordered and had delivery back in Feb 2025. It was a busy delivery night it seems. Pizza was good, although it took longer than the time to have it get here. Delivery driver seemed to be stressed and very busy. That’s fine, it happens to all of us.
My fiancée and I ate for a bit. I checked my phone and was left a voicemail that told me the authorities would be sent to my place if I didn’t call back immediately to fix things. I was told that the driver said that we took the order and did not pay. So yes, this is the first time I’ve been accused of stealing from a pizza delivery person. Cross that off my bucket list.
I told the manager that I did pay, told her the amount, mentioned that I have the entire experience on my video doorbell. She apologized, assured me that she never threated me (I never said she did, but she did threaten legal action in that voicemail). She mentioned that it was the driver’s first night and maybe things got mixed up. I don’t know if he really lost the money he got from us, but did this person really tell them that we took the pizza and didn’t pay, and expect everything to be forgotten? Regardless, she should have called me, and asked for my side of what happened first and foremost. Get all the details before assuming.
The customer isnt always right but that doesn’t mean the new driver is always right. No need to threaten with action since I’m sure once I told her what happened and offered video, that was the end of it.

Read moreI order from this location atleast three times a week. But I made a mobile order two weeks ago I ordered a large thin crust with Alfredo and 2 orders of boneless jalapeño pineapple chicken. Me and my girlfriend both got sick and through up I reported this to customer service in the app hoping to find out the reason so no one else would get sick. I received a message from customer service saying a manager would contact me but they never did. So I call the location two times to still receive no results on concerns. The first time I called I wait 30 minutes on the phone and the manager never came. I then called back to let a staff member know and ask her to check the Alfredo to make sure others wouldn’t get sick. She then told me the manager was too busy to check this or answer my phone call. I then left my number and was promised to get call back after rush hours. I then waited two days no call back. So I called early in the morning I got the store manager on the phone and reported this to her she also said she was too busy opening the store and could not check this. She in order to response to my concern she would have to investigate. She also said she would call me back and I never received a call no manager or staff member ever showed any concern about what got a sick to prevent any other customers from getting sick.
