Was very disappointed. When you go to some place to eat, you expect to have choices. The more you keep choices from customers, your just waiting to close your own place. Expecting like in the past to choose what you want,,,,, first walked in for a nice meal for the wife and I, I asked for a sweet tea, instead of telling me there was no sweet tea, just unsweetened, I get a raspberry tea which was is something I would have never ordered. So, the other waitress gave me water because I wasn't in the mood for my order getting screwed up any more than what already had been done... something simple... So, I ordered the grilled lamb with baked potato, was not asked what side veggies I wanted, was just given asparagus... I like asparagus, and it was good, but,,, I was actually wanting something like corn... on my backed potato, no addons like cheese or bacon or anything ,, just butter and sower cream. The potato was a little under cooked, but it was done, I can live with that,, texture is harder though....not as soft. we had the appetizer jumbo shrimp, was ok, but again, it was over cooked, texture was firmer than what it should... Now, I can live with things being cooked, done, and be slightly under or over... but, If I cant have choices, there's no use of going back. Id drive long distances for good food done right with choices... no matter if your doing well or not,,, taking choices away from your customers who dont even get a choice on what veggies you get, or toppings to an item is no excuse and will just make your company staying open harder than what you are going to have,,,,, and ive had the lobster and crab... we live in the middle of the usa,,, and ive had better flavored than yours... You have a wonderful restaurant, I hope you can work out your issues and make it as good as it used to be... either that, or contact chef ramsey's.......

My order was to have white gravy and was delivered with brown. The young lady stood there then asked me if I wanted it exchanged. Of course I did. That was not what I ordered for 20.00. this is my second bad experience with waitressing. The restaurant I'm sorry to say was dirty. There were used forks on the floor at our table as well as used napkins on the floor. I know you can do better.
