First off Iâm surprised I even got a job here cuz 6 years ago I came here to buy drinks and the employees here called me a crackhead. But anywho. Weâre at mocha tree trying to pick our checks but my boss is petty and withholding my paychecks. She already pushed me to the point where I didnât feel confident talking to management and quit. The owner neglects her employees. When I first started working here it was like false advertisement, because I was interviewed by the manager (who should be running this store instead) and the entire environment of the store changed when the owner got back to the store I was promised better communication and management not everyone talks behind eachothers backs. No oneâs able to be honest or real with management because they treat u differently afterwards untill u quit or are fired. Management doesnât directly tell new employees or even there regular cashiers when their doing things wrong unless they see it on camera and call you otherwise. The barista usually takes all the heat. But our communication isnât the only thing thatâs broken these top of the line equipment thatâs literally cut employees and has caused coworkers to bleed for hours because no one will come in to cover them. The owner has this system in place. Thatâs worked for 25 years (two decades outa date in need of a update) and even when it feels like things are falling apart weâre supposed to follow this system. We get introuble when we do things unorthodoxyâs but get praised when we worker smarter not harder. More n more what ever it takes to get the next cars money. Iâve went 5 hours going on 6 without being able to use the bathroom because we only have one barista and one cashier And is my cashier tries to help business keep going they get introuble but we also get introuble when cars leave our drive thru. So I quite a week ago Iâve been having personal issues. My mom and sibling went homeless because of pests and family health issues. To braking my foot falling down stairs. And I had two friends friends die within two weeks and one I barely found about my close friends passing a few hours before work I got overwhelmed because the owner is unreasonable and already made me feel like there is no support. I explained my situation and how I felt under appropriated and quit. I texted her last night We came in today to get out check and I even picked up signs that fell on the floor outa courtesy and told the owner hello she said hello and my friend Nicole who had also quit asked the owner if our checks were ready. she told us she wonât give us the luxury Of getting our paychecks because we texted them the night before. She even explained how they were in a drawer with the rest but she will not release our checks to us instead sheâll wait till the end of the day and mail it. Nicoles from Iowa so she called 911 hoping they would help with a civil dispute cuz they would out there. She kept acting snarky and laughing and being disrespectful and we did get upset when we were a little disrespectful did not make a boy. I know how to control my temper so I did my best to keep both me and Nicole calm she And proceeded to tell us to leave and call us bumm. Then started yelling at one of her customers who are leaving, calling him a bum, healed something back and burnt out of her parking lot. We donât Even get lunch breaks but are told we can have uninterrupted break wich basically find time to tend to urself or anything and good luck needing to use the bathroom. Also be warey asthma smokers she smokes cigarettes in her office and hotboxes it in there. If you were interested in working here, I wouldnât suggest it I promise youâll regret it in the near future I was told I would regret working here by friends, and even the owners on family members who used to work for her and I really shouldâve listened nice I couldâve avoided an entire...

Ordered a Mango flavored green tea with Strawberry bubba pops. My daughter picked up and was charged over $7. The girl made a thick blended drink with the bubba pops, my daughter told her this was not the drink I ordered. I called them to ask about the order. So the girl admitted to dumping half of the mango drink and added green tea. It looks cloudy and taste like water. I told that this was terrible, why she didnât just make it over. She said she would have had to charge my daughter for another drink to make it over!! She defended what she did to the drink to save my daughter from being charge for another drink. So I told her I couldnât believe the customer service I was hearing, I paid over $7 for cloudy water. With that she said if I wanted, my daughter can take the drink back and they will remake it for no extra cost! SMDH.    Read moreI went there yesterday and ordered a strawberry Italian soda, which is a pretty simple drink to make. It was not good at all it only tasted like the club soda. So I went back and asked if I could please get a new one and one barista looked at me like I was an idiot. She then called someone else..same thing happened. Then that person called an older lady, which I'm guessing was the owner. Instead of her being nice she just said why didn't you like it, I told her but she just telling me that it looks like they did make it right. I never said it didn't have the half n half I just I could only taste the club soda. Finally I asked for my money back and she said no. Then finally after all this she said she could remake it but I was upset at how rude I had been treated by her and her employees I just said never mind and left.
