Tacos Don Chayo — Restaurant in Yakima

This place is super simple and thats what makes it SO incredible. I went with my dad and uncle. We are all serious taco connesouir. They got beef tacos, I got chicken. They said the beef was kind of chopped up and the spices were incredible. The chicken was shredded and sooo flavorful. We all had the red medium sauce and it is good spicy not too hot, very rich in flavor. The green is super spicy but phenominal and leaves a good heat on the tongue. We left and we are already dreaming of more. We will be back, even if we drive to this side of town JUST for the tacos. And the service was very friendly and very fast service....

Mariano has the best tacos in town! At $1.50/taco, its a good deal. Adobada and asada are classics and impossible to go wrong with! He's got several different salsa options, but remember - green is hot! I love spicy and find the green to be perfect, but many will find it too spicy. You can also get onions and cilantro on your taco, which are a must. You can him at this location most of the time, but occasionally he takes the truck down to the farms...
