I have used the vet multiple times for my babies. They did carry all the correct shots and were always very helpful. Something has happened recently and they are not reliable. I wouldn't recommend using them anymore, one vet will promise one thing then the next day another vet refuses to help like promised. They tell you they have in a certain shot but then don't. Even the health records on my kittens were mixed up and inaccurate. Save the time and money. After missing a full day and work and getting the run around for a week I would have been better off traveling out of town to a better vet. I loved supporting this office and the program, it used to be great. No sure what happened but I wouldn't risk a pet...

Love the vet but store people very stuffy. They have a cute little cat “will” and granddaughter fell in love with him. Every time we went in with her she loved playing with him. Then blond girl would see us coming and rush him off to potty cat box break. If we did something wrong please tell us but three times in a row we went in and this women whisked will off and broke a 5 year old girls heart. Very selfish and childish. I've shopped here only once, before the quarantine, and enjoyed the experience. Today the kids and I were at Randall Park and I needed dog food for one of the pack, so I decided to pop in on the way home. I was sure glad that I did! Not only were the girls friendly, but their service was excellent - something this old Nordy gal truly appreciates. The prices are also lower than other local shops - win for the customer! BTW, I went in for dog food and came out with a few other goodies - job well...
