Bojangles — Restaurant in Yanceyville

We frequent Bojangles lot, one of our favorite fast food chains if we have to eat fast food. This was the worst Bojangles I have ever stepped foot in, but there were no other options in this town for miles around. We walked in and mildew hit you in the face like it was so bad it smelt like the property had flooded And when we looked over at the drink machine, there was an open drain with water dripping into it did not even have a cover on it and mold growing in there, so there was the problem with the huge odor in the entire restaurant. The counter over near the drink machine had spills of sticky stuff all over it, and there was one girl trying to mop floors wait on people walking in the door Fill orders, etc., and one girl at the drive-through . Although the one girl doing all these tasks was very friendly and had a great attitude. She said her manager failed to show up that day. It took forever to get our food 10 minutes because we had to wait for the chicken to cook. I thought that was weird then three different people seasoned the french fries so they were overloaded with seasoning. We were starving trying to get back on the road. We suffered through it halfway through the day both me and my husband spent the rest of the time in the bathroom so I don’t know if we got food poisoning or what but I would warn people drive the extra miles before you eat it this place. Should have been able to give a zero rating. Was going to go thru the drive thru but the note on the speaker said I needed to go inside and that the cc/debit machine wasn't working and that they were taking cash only. Ok... inconvenient for me to go inside since I had my dogs in the car with me hence the reason for going thru the drive thru. I went inside and the place overall that I cared to see from where I was standing was filthy. I placed my (husband's) order (3 pc meal w/sides) to be told it would be 15 minutes (actually took 30 minutes) since they had no dark meat chicken cooked and one of the sides I wanted to order was out. If it had been my personal order I would have left but my hubs wanted it. There were multiple customers ahead of me waiting for their orders as well. Although I didn't actually count, there seemed to be about 10 employees there, some playing around. Completely unprofessional and unprepared for business. We had refrained from visiting this location in the past due to being out of anything everytime we went in the past but hubs wanted Bojangles so I went. I think if I had gone to the Reidsville location I would have gotten better service, the food that I wanted and home sooner and that location is 20 minutes away from my house where as the Yanceyville location is 10 minutes away. Had to delete my first review to write a new review. I visited this location on November 15, 8:50 am and I ordered a steak combo with egg and cheese, bo rounds and a large tea. I repeated the order at the pick up window because my orders are wrong 75% of the time at this location. He assured me that the order was correct, after leaving the the window I noticed that my steak biscuit had came out of the wrapper and no cheese. I circled back around and while handing the bag back to the guy he told me to keep the order and he would have another sandwich made for me. I then witness him tell the food prep guy to make me another a steak,egg and cheese biscuit. The food prep guy reached in the cheese container put a piece of cheese in paper and he brought it to the window and tried to hand me a piece of cheese out the window. I said no sir! I was told him that I was told that i was getting a new sandwich when he got upset while I watched his aggressively made another sandwich while looking back at me talking to the the other food prep male employee. The same prep guy then brought my sandwich to me with and attitude like I should have taken the cheese and made my own dam sandwich. I said thank you sir and he just looked at me closed the window and walked away. He was one of the most unprofessional employee I've met...
