Venice Italian — Restaurant in Yanceyville

This is the type of restaurant somewhat like CiCi's pizza and a few others were you place the order at the counter and then they bring the food to you oh, but you get your own drinks. First of all I have to say that the pizza was outstanding and could compete with any finer Italian Pizzeria in any city of any size that I've been in! We also ordered Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwiches, and both of them came out with no cheese draped over the top like you would see in any restaurant anywhere. But, I did notify the staff that the cheese was missing and that I wanted to see the cheese draped over the top like any Philly cheese steak is anywhere you go and she took both of them back and made sure that is exactly what happened, and it was wonderful! We were the only sitting customer in the place and the parking lot was empty but it had to be because of the time of the day! It was neither lunch nor dinner time but right in between on a Saturday! Some of the tables had not been cleared but the floor was clean swept the counters were clean I did look over the counter into the kitchen floor and the staff and made sure that everything is picked up and it look like it was very orderly back in the kitchen. This restaurant was not very big but they had made good use of their space to have boots and a few tables, and I was very pleased overall except for the cheese was not draped over the Philly cheese steak sandwich when it was first served, but they made up for it and did a great job! It was really GREAT, UNTIL one of the men; in the back, started HOLLERING AT ONE THE CASHIERS!!! I use to be a Manager, and also, a Catering Director... and one thing I know for sure is... "YOU DON'T HOLLER, OR CHEW OUT AN EMPLOYEE, IN FRONT OF THE COSTUMER"!!!!! You should wait until the shift is over, and then, call the employee, to the office, and talk to them, with a CALM VOICE!!! YOU DON'T YELL, AT AN EMPLOYEE...EVER!!! ESPECIALLY NOT IN FRONT OF THE COSTUMERS!!! What a complete JERK!!! I HAD ALL I COULD DO, TO KEEP FROM GIVING HIM, A PIECE OF MY MIND!!! I WAS GOING BACK INSIDE... BUT, MY HUSBAND, WOULD NOT LET ME GO!!! He said, "If a man acts like that, in front of customers, you don't know, if it's SAFE, TO CONFRONT HIM"!!! I don’t go here often but when I have these past few years, it’s been the same every time. We came INSIDE and ordered our food and it was only 4 customers in there at the time and they had left out shortly after we arrived so it was excuse for our food being the way it was. We ordered 2 subs and 2 fries, we had to wait 15 minutes only to find out that our fries were cold (we let that go). Got home thinking our subs would be right and they didn’t have nothing we asked on it, just meat and cheese. And one of them only had a lil bit of meat not covering the whole sub(picture below).
