I have not bought a coffee from a stand in ages (former barista here) decided I was so tired and needed a pick me up before work, to go get a nice coffee from the stand right by my house. Pulled up and was greeted by 2 girls just staring at me. “What do you want” so I told them my order which is the most simple, a 12oz breve latte with 2 sugars in the raw. I asked what they had for something to eat and she said everything but the chorizo (assuming I have been there before) so I asked her what that meant and she closed the window half way and pointed at the menu of burritos and said everything but the chorizo. I said ok I will take the street taco burrito. She was talking to the other associate during this entire ordeal and then handed me my coffee no other words were spoken then handed me the payment thing , I put in my card. No tip (because why would I) and then with out even looking at me her head turned, handed me the burrito. I am not one to EVER post a review and I always tip, but in the 20 years I have either gotten coffee or worked as a barista that was the worst experience I have ever had, mind you there were no cars behind me or on the other side. I would understand a bit if they might be a little busy. So on to the coffee, and burrito for 14$, very bitter and burrito cold on the inside. I just paid half an hours worth of work for this disappointing coffee stand. Do better, I was happier when the little red wagon was there. By the way the blonde who I heard was the manager, please manage you attitude and customer service because...
Read moreBeware, owner is taking advantage of customers. She is charging a 8% card fee on the total amount of the bill! Not a flat fee but 8% of the total. Went there on Sunday and ordered 3 drinks which came to $28. We paid $24 in cash and the paid the other $4 with a card, and was informed there was a $3 fee for using a card! So the card was ran for $7. So technically we were overcharged in fees. Only $4 was used on the card, therefore the fee should have only been .32 cents, not $3. This place was already bad, and then a new owner bought it and now it's even worse. Fees are understandable sometimes when using a card, but this is flat out taking...
Read moreMy absolute favorite coffee stand in town, every single employee is amazing. Service is always top notch 10/10, the girls remember my drink and have it made before I even pull up sometimes. Prices aren't bad, I've even seen the owner in there working before and we love seeing an owner get down and dirty and work along side employees. 😎 I'll brag about them to anyone who needs a new place to get drinks from. From the cute little notes on the cups to the personalities of the girls inside the stand. It's...
