Waffle House bad service South Carolina both servers don't have any motion both act like they don't like working for your franchise. Very lazy the only person who works is the cook Today is may/14/18 in yemassee we have been sitting here at the booth for 30 mins without service both servers constantly look at us both refuse to give us service Jordan is one of the servers anoter name is Shane. He was apologetic but also didn't seem to care Shane also used the same spatula to cook raw beef and raw chicken the main cook who's name I didn't get was the only one doing things by the book After my food has been finally order it took them another 30 mins to drop my entree Are you drugs testing your employees? Because this batch of workers except the main cook acts like they're high. You need to come to this location and see how to act and handle your franchise. It's an embarrassment to have people like this represent your franchise We walked into the door at 730pm. Dropped the food at 8:12. I'm not the only one who was treated like this I've watched other leave because how long it was taking If it wasn't for the main cook my food would've never made it till another hour. Like honestly you should see how Shane and Jordan works Like they just don't care. Ms.CeeCee is the main cook who was also trying to take orders while Shane and Jordan looks too sad to be at work I know you want me to say that the food taste so good that the wait was worth it. But honestly by the time I had my food I couldn't eat because I lost my appetite

I usually don't write reviews unless is Really Good or Really Bad and this time I had to because I ended my visit disgusted. Jan 2, 2019. Arrived to Waffle House at 1:10am after long 8 hrs drive. All female employees were outside with some guy (not an employee) and one guy employee was inside. They didn't even tried to go in before us when they saw we parked. We went in first and benhind us came in one waitress. ALL tables were completely dirty when we came in - not sure why they were all outside cracking jokes if the restaurant was upside down but maybe that's a night shift policy. The place was empty but completely dirty. They had to clean one table for us to be able to sit. We ordered bold strong coffee and got very light coffee - it was all water. We ordered water with limon and got the water but no limon. Then while eating our waitress was all over I guess her man/boyfriend right at the restaurant bar stools huging, kissing and the worst part touching/playing with his right ear and hair (I think he had long dreadlocks) which is not professional at all specially if you are working with food. Then we called her and she came right to our table without washing her hands or anything. I was going to order something else but felt disgusted and we just asked for the check. She brought us the check without washing her hands or anything. Even though she didn't earned any tip, we went ahead and gave her 15% just because it was the Holidays/New Year. Wow! We walked inside . I’m trying to get some food . The lady walks by me several times. I don’t even get a hello. She was only helping African Americans. Jim told her to take our order. She refused to take my order. Her name is BRE . Thanks to JIM we were able to eat. She didn’t even look at us the whole time. Another couple walked in and she refused to help them out. Jim was super friendly. He was cooking and helping people because she wasn’t doing anything. She was very friendly with only African Americans customers. I have my own business. I will never do something like that. She needs to learn how to treat people. Funny thing she doesn’t know I’m an excellent tipper. I don’t understand why the owners will hired such a negative person. RACISTS IS BAD FOR BUSINESS. Usually we get an excellent service. She should get fired . First for ignoring people with white skin. Second you have to say hello or something. Just say hello 👋.
