Domino's — Restaurant in Yigo Municipality

I order online for delivery frequently. Unfortunately a few days ago I ordered over the phone because the website wasn't working properly. Called in my oder at 6:32pm, lady told me it'll take 30 mins. No problem right? 45 mins passed and I called multiple times, with no avail. I finally got theu around 7ish, lady told me they had forgotten about it, and the driver left without it. She offered free cheesy bread for the hassle, I accepted. BUT order still wasn't delivered. When I finally received my pizza and pasta, pizza was cold and burnt like it's it's under the heater the while time, pasta was dried out. Whole order was $39 dollars. I still paid, tried to call and see what happened, no avail. Oh, and they delivered around 9ish. Horrible. I think that definitely should...

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been in island for a little over 2 weeks. So I ordered pizza to my room (on AAFB). About 5 minutes after the order was placed I received a phone call stating that they cannot go on base. That is completely and totally okay. So told the Domino's employee on the phone that is was okay and just to refund my card and to have a good night. Well about a week passes by and I don't see that the transaction was reversed. I called my bank to confirm and sure enough they didn't see any pending credits or incoming transfers/transactions. So I am still sitting here with a $25 charge to my card for no reason. I'm sorry to say because Domino's has great deals friendly staff good pizza and you can order online,but sad to say I was disappointed today with my online order as I ordered for my family two large pizzas for delivery and somewhere along the way they came with someone else's pizza first, then they had to go back and get the right one I ordered since 7 something they didn't bring my pizza until 915 my kids fell asleep already waiting and they still asked full amount no discount no free pizza or at least free wings/bread/or drinks.worst of all my pizza wasn't warm at the least!
