I had a really bad experience on Valentines Day and probably will not come back thanks to the employees there. I am a regular customer that usually buys 2-3 drink each time I visit. I got off work at 5:30PM and went to pick up my children to get the Valentines drink for them.
I showed up at 5:55 and had to wait behind a car. They served the car in front of me and I got to the window about 6:02PM. At this point I knew this visit was going to go bad. The girl at the window didn't even have to say anything, her eyes rolled so far back they could have fallen out the back of her head.
I started to order and the Manager said "you know we close at 6:00, you showed up late yesterday too". Mind you I showed up at 5:40 the day before. I previously worked in customer service for a long time, the fact that I was in line before they closed and they got mad was uncalled for. I told her after 5:30 is the only convenient time because I work. I was able to deal with this but then what really turned me away was the lady at the window then said "convenient for you" in a really snotty voice.

In response(I haven’t figured out how to actually respond), I don’t know that you can fix it. You have a small drive through line and can’t spend the amount of time per customer that I would say is needed. The girls are friendly from what I saw. The product is not great and the prices are kinda high. I would say your service is Ok (my opinion). You have to focus on a great cup, lower your price some or both. I did give the girl at the window my number for some rewards card and haven’t gotten a text like she said I would. Looking back, I’m glad as I don’t really want to be harassed, but I’m also missing that connection to your store.
