McDonald's — Restaurant in Yigo Municipality

McDonald's Yigo has the best customer service you could find in a fast food restaurant on Guam. Seriously! It's so great that I get excited to tell my friends and family about their awesome service. They say "Håfa Adai!" and are always upbeat and inviting. The food is always fresh and their service is always very quick. I've only had to wait once for my food by the curb but it didn't take more than a minute or two. There's one lady who works weekday mornings that seems to count the number of ketchup packets she gives. I find it funny but don't mind since she's really just giving what normal people should need. Overall, it's my favorite McDonald's on island and I've even driven 20 minutes out of my way to bring others so I can share the experience with them. Just a basic greeting at the drive thru. Cashier didn't even tell me next window, so I went to the 2nd pick up at the end of the drive thru. Only to be closed, they didn't even check if my vehicle was there knowing I didn't pick up my order. They just moved on to the next customer. I had to let the line clear up before I could back up to the right window and pick up my order. They didn't even apologize for the confusion. Girl who gave me my order was about to go out to the front to look for me, didn't bother to check if there's any one else in line if the drive thru is really clear. I been in customer service for years. This experience is a great way to ruin someone's morning. I ordered a double quarter pounder with extra cheese and no onions. The person at the drive through repeated my order to me exactly as I asked. But when I received my order, it had extra ONIONS and NO CHEESE. Even though she repeated my order back to me exactly as I ordered it. Not a big deal, but really disappointing.

UPDATE AS OF 8/5/22: Ordered online with the McDonald's app and used the 50% off deal. I was still charged in full for my order. Brought it to their attention through email and was assisted accordingly. Very professional and quick to respond to the...
