Crawfish at this place are exceptional. Can not say enough about how good they are. When crawfish season is done they have started doing burgers. We went thinking the burgers would be exceptional going by how they do with crawfish. We found they rely heavy on the sauces. Meat had no seasoning at all and the heavy sauces just made the bottom bun soggy and fall apart. Because the meat had no seasoning and the bottom bun with the sauce was mush, it just made for an ok burger. Something like you would get outside of Louisiana. They really need to season the meat. Also we ordered the onion rings and they were swimming in grease. They were good, dont get me wrong but the batter was shinny they had so much grease on them. They are just starting with the burgers so I really hope they take a hard look at improving them as I really wanted to love this place. Owners are great,...

So this will be the last time I buy from this place. I am a long-time loyal customer. I buy once a week through the entire season from day one till their last. But this season, they totally missed the mark. It's always been the very best in town, and they have fallen to be one of the worst. The taste is different before they boiled with seasoning in water, not they just dump on top, totally ruins the crawfish, and makes it messy to eat and makes them way too salty. Service was also bad. They took people's order that was behind us before taking our order. Last week, they only gave 1 dip when we ordered 2 this week. I ordered potatoes and corn but only received it with 1 order, not with both. The crawfish seem to be tiny even though they are very large at LT's. It's just not good anymore. Less than great! Girl at the window was laughing with someone inside while she had my credit card but no processing payment nor did she try to explain why she wasn’t! I wouldn’t be upset about this if she had said “our systems are running slowly” and confused convo but there was no explanation! Then my order of 30lb med/large live crawfish was incorrect! Didn’t realize it until we got home because thad someone put it in my trunk! The sack was ALL tiny to small with a few mediums mixed in! NONE were large! I call and they say to bring it back and they will swap for the right size! We get there and they say the small is all the have even though we were charged for medium large!
