Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Youngsville

After placing an online order last night I received confirmation email and a text saying what time my order would arrive. Over an hour later and 38mins after it should have arrived I click on the text link to “track my order”which said my order was cancelled but then when on their website it showed it was being made. I tried calling the location and stayed on hold for so long that my son decided to drive there to check and see if the order even went through or not, at that point the person working the counter that kept their headphones in said the order was out for delivery no apologies, no customer service, no explanation, no conversation in general….. again very past the time it was supposed to be delivered. While on the phone with my son telling me it was “out for delivery” it showed up and was not even warm, I told the driver my son had driven to the location thinking it was cancelled and he said nahhh dats it right there and walked away. Then when I looked online again to see what it would update too it showed your order has been delivered but showing it was delivered 20mins prior which is also wrong. I have used this location before and had similar experiences. Unfortunately a few times to many...

This at least the third time I have ordered a Pepperoni Lovers pizza that had less than a regular pepperoni pizza. The second time my husband picked it up, he asked if it was an actual Pepperoni Lovers Pizza and the girl said it was but when we started eating it we saw that there was very few slices on it. Today my husband went to pick up a Pepperoni Lovers pizza and again he asked the girl to confirm that it had the “Lovers” amount of pepperoni slices on it. She had the audacity to tell him that there was another layer of slices under the cheese. Bald face lie! And she knows it. I can’t understand why it suits them better to lie than to just throw some more pepperoni slices on it. You can pitch a zip lock bag with some in it if you’re too lazy to put them in to begin with. She could even refund the difference between the cost of a regular vs. a “lovers”. Better still….don’t offer the Lovers line at all. Then you don’t have to lie and overcharge for something you never planned to serve to begin with. I’ve had it up to my eyeballs with poor service at take out...

iT Tried To Order a Pizza And It Was Saying It Couldn’t Be Deliver To My Adress, Asked For A Reason To Why Since It Had Been Delivered Before && Person Names Lauren (If That’s Her Name) Comes On The Phone With An Attitude & Hangs Up in Front My Kids . called Back to complain only to have the manager HANG UP IN MY FACE SEVERAL TIMES AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME HER NAME Or The Number To Corporate! Had To Call From My Daughters Phone To Get Another Answer . Ended You Calling The 1800 Number To Explain This Experience To Get Directed Back To Writing A Review . This Is Horrible, Unprofessional , && Cleary The Company Is Not Being Ran Properly. this is not the first time i've ordered something from here and i either didn't get , Poor Customer Service , && No Communication For No Higher Up , How Can The Problems Gets Solved If The People You Have Running The Buisness Have Poor Customer service && No One To Answer To To Fix It . I Will NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER IN LIFE ORDER FROM HERE...
