Asian Star of Youngwood — Restaurant in Youngwood

I eaten Penang curry at over 50 restaurants. None even compare to this place. Even if you're sure you don't like curry, try it here; I gurantee you'll love it. There's over 100 types of curry and some don't share a single ingredient with others. Further more, everything here is amazing. Even the chicken sticks are clearly home made, perfectly seared and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I've eaten at hundreds of 5 star restaurants across the U.S and this little place is in my top ten easily. Probably the best restaurant in all of Western PA. And it's CHEAP! I'm shocked the dude who cooks here hasn't been recruited by a five star restaurant. Definitely the best place to eat in Youngwood. I eat here a ton, and it's consistently amazing. I'm sad the five flavor duck isn't on the menu anymore. I don't usually like duck meat, but I gurantee the chef here would make it amazing. Do yourself a favor and eat here. U wont be...

just ordered for my first and last time. first the kid who answered the phone acted like i was bothering him while he was taking my order. second i didnt get what i ordered. third when i asked for the order to be corrected the girl was rude and said i got what i ordered. which i didnt. I ordered vegetable egg rolls was given a pork egg roll and a vegetable spring roll. they apparently do not make vegetable egg rolls. only spring rolls. they should have said they only have spring rolls. i would not have ordered it. also they charged me extra to "upgrade" the fried rice with the combo to vegetable fried rice and there are literally 3 carrots and 5 peas.

This place has the highest quality Asian food in all of Greensburg. The only other restaurants with high quality Asian food in Greensburg are Peking garden and sechzuan garden. However, Asia star is definitely better and much cheaper. Additionally, it's Thai food is ranks among the best Thai foods in all of Pittsburgh. I recommend the Penang curry shrimp as the first meal one should order. Warning, you will probably be hooked once you try it and you'll start ordering it every day for lunch like I do. Anyone who didn't review this place as 5 stars just has terrible...
