When we walked in there was only one person in the place sitting in the corner eating. We walked to the counter to place our order and some kid behind the counter with curly hair and a ballcap never looked up to engage with us. He was to busy playing on his phone. My husband shook his keys to get his attention and he just walked away. The young lady working the drive thru took our order at 5:48pm. We went to grab a table and a young lady was wiping the tables and all of them were soaking wet. My husband grabbed napkins to dry the table. There seemed to be mass confusion behind the counter. We watched them place French fries and mozzarella sticks on the tray around 5:55pm that was for our order. They were waiting on a classic chicken sandwich with cheese and tomato and a whopper Jr with no onion and tomato. The young man that ignored us when we came in was just arguing with his manager. The manager just took it from the kid. At 6:05pm my husband approached the counter asking where is our food. The manager tossed the fries and cheese sticks and told his crew we are here to make food. The manager jumped on the fryers then to get fries started and other stuff made. There were 3 customers behind us inside the restaurant waiting on food. Finally at 6:10pm we got our sandwiches, cheese sticks and 2 free cookies which we didnt want. No fries! While eating our sandwiches we observed the young kid with curly hair swear at his manager and was rude. The manager didn't say a word to him. At 6:15pm, we got up to leave and my husband approached the counter to tell the manager we never got our fries that we paid for. Not an apology for such a bad experience or even acknowledging it. We will never go back to this location! The manager needs management classes on how to deal with his employees and also how to handle problems with customers. If this is an independently owned franchise I think you need to evaluate what is going on in your...
Read moreWe stopped through the drive-through here with one of my workers on the way back from a job to grab a quick lunch.
The food was fine no problem there. My issue is the guy working the window. This guy was either super high on something, or was the real life Sling Blade. No napkins in the bag, which if you’ve read any of my other reviews as a huge pet peeve of mine, but when the guy was filling the drinks, he was taking his hand, and this dude didn’t strike me as the cleanest dude I’ve ever met, to grab the cop and just drag it through the ice with his hand. I’m guessing there’s a scoop there and I’m sure Burger King doesn’t want its workers hands dragging through the ice every time it feels a cup. It was just gross. As we are driving down the road we were talking about it and decided to just dump the drinks and stop at sheets to buy drinks there. I did try to call the store to alert them of this gross practice that was going on, but their phone was either off the hook or someone was on a five hour phone call because I tried calling back numerous times to a message that it was busy.
I hate to be this super nitpicky guy, but just use the stupid scoop for the ice and don’t drag your dirty hand through the ice. It’s gross! And I get that it’s hard to hire right now, but with the way that pricing has shot up in fast food it’s not OK to charge me more than $10 for lunch and then not...
Read moreHello! So burger has gone down hill and there was only three people. A sweet young girl put in my order. It was for a cheese burger for my mom, a 12 piece chicken fries, and cheese sticks. Well I realized I accidentally said jr. So they gave me a tiny jr burger, chicken fries, and cheese tots. I never asked for cheese tots. Anyways I decided to go in and I’d atleast pay extra for the right burger & cheese sticks. So I showed them the food. They took and threw my fresh 12 chicken fries in the trash and gave me remade ones that were way less fresh. They wasted the entire food. I was willing to pay to get the extras food but I was most disappointed that the chicken fries I did recieve was thrown away without handing the bag back. Then replacing them with fries that looked way less fresh.
Only three people on, it’s ashame how corporate companies and big chains run anymore. One girl one , and two others.
They are extremely rude and had one employee working with two managers by herself. I feel bad for that cashier! That’s insane, if you can’t hire more people then don’t have service. I work at a restaurant. There should never be one girl on the floor and she was really young. Terrible service and the...
