New Delhi Palace — Restaurant in Yuba City

This is a gem hidden in a Indian grocery store! I saw this place close to Work, Play, Powersports in Yuba City and had a taste for some fish. When I walked in I had to wander in deeper to find a little take out spot with an amazing menu. I settled on the fried fish and also decided to try the Goat Curry. I took it home and devoured the fish and Garlic Naan. Too full to eat any goat I decided to make a lunch for the next day however I sampled one bite of the goat and decided to write this review. I have tried several Indian restaurants… full restaurants and none compare to New Delhi Palace.

Food was amazing but staff up front were rude as hell. Was looking around as I was waiting for my food, picked my food up went to check out and the gentleman up front asked me is that all did you put back the freezer food you looked for? I said I put it back because the food was almost 2 months expired. I felt so uncomfortable, I wanted to leave the food I ordered and leave the restaurant. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I walked in and wasn't greeted. Looked at some of the grocery items and picked up a few snacks to purchase. Then I went to the food counter and stood for nearly 10 minutes. No one came out to take my order (although they could be heard in the back having an animated conversation) and the clerk at the registered continued to speak with the couple that walked in AFTER I had.
