Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Yuba City

I ordered on line at 2 PM for two pizzas to be picked up at 6 PM. I arrived at 5:55 and the pizzas had not even been made yet. So, I had to wait while the made and cooked them. Why bother ordering in advance if you still have to wait while they are being prepared? At 2:30 they called to tell me my pizzas were ready and asking when I was picking them up. He then said, "Oh, she's here now". At this point I asked what he was talking about as my order was to be picked up at 6 PM. He said, "Oh. wrong number". First time I have done business with this Pizza Guy's as I normally use the Marysville franchise. It is kind of out of the way and not easy to see from the road. I had to use Waze to find it. First and last visit for me even though the pizzas were fine. My son uses the Marysville store frequently. When he calls they inform him of specials and deals. The Yuba City store didn't offer any information. Haven't frequented this place since I reviewed it 3 weeks ago nor do...

Ordered a pizza online. 45 min later pizza was delivered. Got it to the table to see that they had given us the wrong pizza (ham and pineapple). We ordered (pepperoni, mushroom, & olive). As you can see not even close to what we had ordered normally I'm not picky but I don't like ham and my family doesn't like pineapple. When I called the lady was alnoce and apologetic but all of their drivers were busy so we had to wait another 45-60min just to get the correct pizza. We got no kind of discount or complementary items or a coupon. So turned out we had to throw away entire pizza and wait almost 2 hrs just to eat dinner. Pizza was good but I think I'll stick to the usual place...

We need more customer service in the world like this!! I ordered 4 specialty pizzas for our work lunch not realizing I had sent the order to LINCOLN, CA vs. LINCOLN ROAD, like I needed. When I showed up I had no pizzas and a bunch of hungry guys waiting for me at work. The Lincoln, Ca store cancelled my order even though they had already made them & the Lincoln Road store quickly got my order ready and me out the door. I personally usually order from Round Table but this type of customer service has switched me to a Pizza Guys customer! I didn't get the name of the lady or gentleman that helped me but thank you, thank you, thank you!!...
