I would give zero stars if allowed. The prices on the menu do not reflect the prices they charge. When brought to their attention the owner said to fix it to make me happy but then the cashier tells me it's just how it rings up. Then if you try and order from their website it's even cheaper, when asked he said oh yeah we need to update our online prices. We will not be coming back, and highly discourage anyone coming. If you do come pay close attention to the prices. Update - before leaving they looked like they were trying to figure out the pricing issue. And when I said which items were wrong the manager/owner said again he would give me a refund. I replied "the cashier told me that's not how it works in the system." The cashier tried chiming in, but I told them no. I collected our leftovers and left. CONS: Theyre claiming the health department isn't allowing them to put the salad bar out right now however said they refuse to atleast have the small packages salads even though their lunch specials on every sign including their windows show and say the lunch specials come with a salad bar... The arcade games are covered in trash and dirt and clearly haven't been cleaned in awhile. They also arent on. The beer is not as cold as it is supposed to be which leads to bacteria/yeast growth and can make people sick. PROS: their drink machine has a good selection of soda and flavors, they atleast have beer on tap. The pizza is delicious as are the twists and they bring the food to you personally. Pizza and twists crispy, good texture, appropriate amount of cheese and toppings and ratio of cheese to bread for the twists and pizza. The pizza sauce is delicious as well. Beware. We called to inform the store, that we had found a small piece of metal/blade in our pizza . Immediately the store went on defense, making it clear that they don’t use any metal utensils, and that the blade “must have fallen from my chandelier” at home onto and then into the inside of the pizza slice… we weren’t calling to ask for anything and only wanted to make the store aware and allow them to be on the lookout for anything else. We somehow were treated like we were making it up, some how responsible, or trying to pull something over on them.
