I have been going to this Sonic for years, and the quality of the food, as well as the establishment itself have crumbled over the last year. I have had so many bad experiences at this location recently, and that's why I'm writing this review. When someone is paying $30-50 to feed their family "fast food", it should at the very least be hot and arrive correct. I constantly have to go to multiple screens to order before finding one that works. This last time, the popcorn chicken was piping hot while the fries were cold, not warm but actually cold. The burger was missing a patty and had the wrong condiments on it. The fried cheese were (all but 1) completely un-melted inside. Multiple times, they were out of several things but neglected to tell me until after I had ordered and payed, then sent a carhop to tell me and ask what I wanted instead. They NEVER give out the requested condiments in the bag. You must ask them to go get them after they deliver the food, causing you to wait even longer. Multiple times I've gotten home to find I'm missing food, or I was given someone else's order. I would definitely recommend going to the Sonic on the Southside (I will not be back to this one). The staff at this location is no longer concerned about quality or customer service in the least. There are 2 other Sonics in Yukon and this one should just close it's doors if they don't care anymore...

Read moreI keep giving them chances over and over but I’m sick of it! Although the food is usually pretty tasty it just doesn’t make up for how slow, inaccurate and incompetent they really are. When you order your food online through the app it so you can just pick it up when you get there not so you can wait for it to be cooked after you get there and check in. This place was always convenient to me because it was right down the street but I’m quitting them for good I’m tired of them wasting my time getting everything wrong and still charging me for everything not once have they even offered anything for all the inconveniences they’ve given me I mean it this time I quit them for good and there’s no need for you to give me a cheesy answer about if I want to take this further call your corporate office or the franchise owner they should contact me I shouldn’t get a message from you saying to contact them this is my only way of contacting them because I’m not gonna read this review because I’m not going back to this place again and I don’t care about them anymore I’ve been giving them my money for...
Read moreI'm not a huge fan of fast food, but of all the places there are, I would say Sonic & Chick-Fil-A are the best two. CHick-Fil-A is one of the best, because of their crazy good service that goes way over the top. Sonic is one of the best, because of their drink selection and they have so many specials and deals throughout the week, including the app, text group, etc. Every Tuesday and Thursday at some locations you can get half-off Sonic cheeseburgers. The app is worth it, because (currently) it gives you half-off all drink orders, by ordering through it. I still prefer the ice-cream from Braum's, but this is a great place that has a huge selection of items with constant sales. Make sure to sign up for the text club as well and they will give you coupons every week. The only downside to Sonic, is sometimes it takes awhile to get your food out to you.
