Horribly slow. Only one that seems to be working with any speed in their step was this young lady. She took my order and prepared it while the others just stood around talking in Spanish. I fail to see how someone can be a shift leader( I'mean assuming that's what the black shirt represents) if they don't know how to fully run the store. Such as take orders and cook. It seems like alls it takes to be a shift leader is to stand around while the younger workers do everything.
A few weeks back I saw the same thing except the only one working was a lady who seemed pregnant. The manager was even there that day just talking to 2 others! Atleast the few younger employees pay attention and serve the customers with haste.
Honestly considering sending this review to a regional manager if possible. If the older employees don't want to work perhaps the younger ones should be promoted. This marine won't be doing business there until I see changes.
*Still just as slow. On my way in to the food court there was a girl washing the drive thru menu so I assumed there would be someone standing around waiting to take orders. No one was ready to serve us customers stanning around for 5+ minutes and having to call out "hello?". A woman wearing a black shirt named Elsa or Elisa, something like that finally came out with no haste in her steps.
I'm assuming black shirts are shift leaders? Or managers? Whichever it represents, horrible customer service. After taking one order she walked to the back and thankfully the girl that was cleaning the menu outside came in and started taking orders.
Whoever that young girl is seems to be the only one taking her job seriously. The others seem like lazy good-for-nothings. I would've thought the leaders would have been better considering yesterday was Veterans...

When we started with our order the the cook started to help us, she was having trouble because she didn't know how the register worked but she was trying to get our order. The manager came and we had to start our order again I asked for a lot of food because we are a family of six but I order a plain cheese burger with no cheese and a big carl with no cheese. When I got to my car I saw that the cheese burger had cheese so my son went back and asked for the right burger and then I saw that the big carl also had cheese so I went back. When the manager saw me coming with the other burger gave me a wierd look and I told her that it had cheese, then she came to me and said while pointing to the menu all the burgers have cheese and I replied I know that is why I said plain with no cheese and no cheese on the second one. She was rude and tried to make me look bad in front of the other customers. But maybe if she paid attention to what she was doing instead of talking to the guy at the drive thru while getting my order she would've...
Read moreNo Ice, no napkins, no shakes, lazy and bad customer service!! The young cashier apologized and was really nice about it and honestly she has been the only one with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
Sometimes we only have limited time to get food and Carl’s Jr. always takes forever to prepare 1 order.
I will be reaching out to corporate because this is unacceptable, our Marines...
