This was my first time placing an order online and visiting this particular subway. I drove over to this subway to pickup my online order and stood in line. When it was my turn, the girl behind the counter told me to stand by the register and an employee would bring me my order. I had ordered a sandwich, chips, and a cookie. I had also grabbed a second bag of chips to pay for it as I wanted a snack for later. The male employee (the one with long dark hair) told me I had already ordered chips and that I could not pay for the second bag and he handed me my online order. Would give zero stars if I could. Went several months ago to order sandwiches for some visiting family. When I told the employee I had several sandwiches the attitude I received made me promise to never return. In fact, during that visit the employee let another customer cut my husband and I in line.
Decided to give this location one more chance. Not only had they already turned off the toaster oven at 5:40 but they were out of lettuce. A Subway in the lettuce capital of the US with no lettuce.
