Subway — Restaurant in Yuma

This was my first time placing an order online and visiting this particular subway. I drove over to this subway to pickup my online order and stood in line. When it was my turn, the girl behind the counter told me to stand by the register and an employee would bring me my order. I had ordered a sandwich, chips, and a cookie. I had also grabbed a second bag of chips to pay for it as I wanted a snack for later. The male employee (the one with long dark hair) told me I had already ordered chips and that I could not pay for the second bag and he handed me my online order. The only reason this location makes it is because there aren't a lot of options.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went several months ago to order sandwiches for some visiting family. When I told the employee I had several sandwiches the attitude I received made me promise to never return. In fact, during that visit the employee let another customer cut my husband and I in line.

Decided to give this location one more chance. Not only had they already turned off the toaster oven at 5:40 but they were out of lettuce. A Subway in the lettuce capital of the US with no lettuce. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come out and take my order but it seemed like nobody was working. I asked employees from the Carls Jr next door If subway was open, and they said “yes they should be, but nobody’s in the back room so I don’t know where they are.” Another 10 minutes went by so I opened the “employees only” door to find the only employee on their phone, listening to music, and sitting on the ground.
