Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Yuma

First of all no reg tacos or lg tacos. Only mini tacos, so I bought mini tacos. Was not offered sauce. I asked what kind of sauce came on grilled chicken sandwich and the order taker said "good sauce", no explanation, just good sauce. Order was $11.80, I paid with $12. He returned a dime. I asked again how much it was and he said $11.80. I told him, u only gave me a dime. He said the other one is down there on DT pad. I told him" that's not my fault, give me another", he said " just pick it up". First of all, not enough room to open door. I told him to just give me another. He said he can't open register so I told him to call the Mrg. Then they brought it to me with no, "I'm sorry", nothing. Not sure how your employees are being trained. By far the worst Jack in the Box. Horrible customer service and overcooked food. I've been shorted in the drive-through multiple times. When I pull around and go in, the staff gangs up to defend each other and basically call me a liar. Gave kids my fries since they didn't get any in their meals! Another occasion at the drive-through, the cashier spilled hot coffee on me as she handed it to me. She apologized but did nothing to make it right. She just poured a new coffee and gave it to me. Didn't even offer napkins to clean the mess. I had to ask for extra napkins. When I went in to speak with the manager, he ignored my concern and told me there was nothing he could do. Today I used the mobile app to order my meal. Pretty simple and straightforward. So I thought. I ordered a combo, but when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, they only gave me the burger.

I showed the manager what I had ordered. It was right there on my phone. Clear as day you could see "COMBO". Still, she refused to give me what I had ordered and PAID FOR! I gave her every chance to make it right, but she refused.
