Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Yuma

I ordered a sourdough jack, a kid's hamburger and VALUE CURLY FRIES at the drivetrough. The kid asked that if I wanted sourdough combo. I said no. That all I wanted was a sourdough jack, with a kid's hamburger and a order of value curly fries. He asked!!! If the screen was right. I explained to him that no. Everything is fine,,,,, except the french fries. That I want curly fries. He stated to pull up to the window. He stated that he wanted to confirm my order. I again reapeted my order, face to face Again that I wanted a sourdough jack, a kid's hamburger and VALUE CURLY FRIES. Yet,,,,, when I got home, what did I find 🤔🤔🤔🤔. Regular french fries. What lousy service this is. Having to repeat my order 4 times, and one face to face. Only to call the manager to complain and telling me "Enjoy...

Today I went inside to dine in with my mother, around 3pm and Angel took our order. Angel and the rest of the jack in the box staff were hard at work, taking our orders and making sure they served hot food. Everything was delicious, we even tried the chili crisp curly fries 🍟 what a great flavor if you enjoy spicy. The only thing I would say that should be addressed ASAP is the soda machine. I'm not sure if someone spilled soda or the machine was leaking, but the liquid ran from the machine to the sitting area . Other than that 5 star...

Always go to the Jack on Catalina. Never had good service at this Jack but tonight takes the cake. Had to pick up a door dash order and the girl was ridiculously rude to me. She's the shift lead too. Finally get them to acknowledge the order and they still won't give it to me even though it was sitting there ready so they can yell at me and cuss me out while holding up the entire drive thru line.
