I usually come to the sonic once a week and thereâs never been any major problems. I come here During my lunch break, which is only an hour not counting any driving time, but since the sonic is right next-door, I always go here. Today I ordered at 6:20 PM. I got one limeade, and one small mozzarella stick. I usually typically wait 5 to 10 minutes, which I think is pretty standard. I work at a restaurant, so I always try to be very understanding to the staff, especially if itâs busy. It was decently busy after I ordered, but before I did, it definitely was slow and even when it was busy, it wasnât anything crazy really. about five minutes after I ordered someone came up to my car with the wrong order and they said they got the wrong one my bad. Not a problem I wait for my turn then itâs 645. And I still have no order so I ring the red button and nobody answers it then at 6:55. Someone comes around with another order. I told him that isnât mine but I ask if they can check on mine I tell them what I got and told him how long Iâve been waiting young woman that was working was very kind and told me she would figure it out for me and she apologized. Then about five minutes later, someone else comes around still doesnât have the correct order. I tell this other girl what my order is as well. Then she comes back with a Piece of paper and ask for my order. I tell her and I honestly just wanted a refund at this point because I had to go back to my work and wouldnât have time to enjoy my food or drink anyway then she comes back at 7:05 with my order apologized and told me it just wasnât popping up on the screen. All of the young ladies that came to my car were very nice but this is kind of ridiculous. They said my order wasnât popping up. Ask if I paid and I most definitely did as you can see on my credit card. This was ridiculous. she did end up, bringing my food back. But I didnât even want at that point.    Read moreAfter placing an order for a bag of ice, one vanilla shake, two vanilla trick or treat shakes and two chocolate trick or treat shakes and paying for them at the window....a total time of 10 minutes pass before actually receiving order....in that 10 min window my husband and myself sat and watched other shakes that were ordered after ours being made and delivered to other cars BEHIND us without so much as a word to us about where our order was. My husband made several attempts to get someones attention and was ignored. When the order was finally given to us..excuses were given and when we got home the order was wrong. Went back to Sonic and was met with some attitude and argumentive nature before order was "fixed". Can say without doubt the order is still incorrect. Service was horrible. Wont even trust the bag of ice due to the fact on the second trip back my husband watched the person bagging the ice do so with barehands after reaching into his pocket to get his phone then went back to scooping ice into a bag with his barehands without stopping to wash or sanitize.    Read moreI've just been having nothing but issues as of late every time I've gone to Sonic. Over the last few weeks to like a month or so I've been hooked on the slushies and blasts that they have but lately every time I've tried to order one it's been like a communication issue that they haven't been able to hear me. I don't know why but even when I started to raise my voice it was still an issue however after today I just left mad. I showed up once again to get a Reese's blast and after pressing the button hearing the worker and say "how can I help you" and all that, obviously I said what I wanted but then the communication just shut off and I had no clue what happened. I just sat in my car saying hello hello but nothing. The only thing I saw was that little message that said "the red button has been pressed and somebody will be with you shortly" but after sitting in my car for a little while in this Arizona heat, I just drove away more...
