Kneaders Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Yuma

Was a good place but the girl in the drive threw window never checks to make sure all the items are in the bag, I normally buy a sandwich and a salad 3-4 times a week when im on my way to work and spend more then $28 every time, but every time they forget the salad dressing and I have to go and park and go in to the restaurant to get it, yesterday was the last time I will ever go there because I order my usual and had to wait more then 15 min in line and when the girl handed me my order I asked her if the dressing was in the bag and she said yes, well when I got to work and I opened the bag there was no salad dressing and my French dip had very little meat on it, I called and asked to speak to a manager but the lady asked me what was wrong and I told her and all she did was say that they would give me a free salad, I told her that I don't want a free salad and that all I want is the salad dressing to be in the bag, she never put the manager on the phone, the restaurant use to be all about customer service but it seems like they can't get good help with common sense, I get better service...

Kneaders Bakery and Cafe is a gem for anyone who loves fresh, flavorful food and a cozy atmosphere. I recently stopped by and was blown away by the quality of both their savory and sweet offerings.

Really disappointed with my recent experience at Kneaders. I placed an order over the phone well in advance, thinking it would save time — but that wasn’t the case at all. When I arrived, not only was my order not ready, but the staff seemed confused and unprepared. I ended up waiting just as long as if I had ordered in person.

To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking. No apology for the delay, no updates while I waited — just a general sense of disorganization and indifference. On top of that, I had ordered a tart that I was really looking forward to, but during the wait, they ended up selling it to someone else. When I asked about it, they weren’t willing to offer any kind of compensation or even a sincere apology.

Food might be decent, but the poor service, long wait, and lack of accountability really take away from the experience. Not sure I’ll be coming back...
