Pollos El Correteado — Restaurant in Yuma

Edit: revising my review. From four stars to one star. Since I've gone to the restaurant about 3 or 4 times in this past half year, I've gotten consistently stomach sick. Eat at your own risk.

For the price, I can't complain about the portions or the taste. One of their half a chicken deals will net you under 7 dollars without a drink and will easily feed a single individual. It bears noting the meals come with tortillas included as well.

As someone who gets my meals to go though, I will voice the complaint that the container they give for the salsa is really inconvenient. (It's a knot sealed plastic baggie)

Other than that gripe though... Their chicken is fall off the bone tender and very good. The tortillas are good. The macaroni salad is macaroni salad. The Horchata and Hamaica are good.

The salsa could stand to be hotter as well.

I can't comment on anything else offered there as I've never gotten it. They do however offer mashed potatoes and beans.

A freaking hair!!! You would think that with a pandemic going on cleanliness would be topnotch!! I have gone several times over the years before and never an issue. It's new personal working there now before used to be an older gentleman and a younger girl, there's different people now. I had been going for 3 times before today this past weeks and has been closed for some reason on working hours... anyways today was the day that it was open and I was very excited to eat my food because it's good don't get me wrong... but I get grossed out very easily so I won't be coming back any time soon for...

Well there's nothing left an hour before is closed; supposely they close at 9pm and we expect to go before is close "8pm" and they say they ran out already and they don't cook more because whatever is left they will lose money. Another thing they do not take orders by phone and if we do, we have to pay it before, they don't trust their customers on making a phone order and not going to pick it up???.. like serious ??? What type of service is...
